Inside has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, electrodomestics, TV and DVD, international channels, free WiFi, cot, high chair bebè to eat, beach toys, bed linen and towels. Rent for 1 week minimum.
Ideal for windsurfers and kitesurfers with plenty of room for your computer, and for families with children, sufficient indoor and outdoor space to play it safe and private.

Es war schön, die Location an sich ist toll. Die Betten sind gut. Allerdings könnte mal ein bisschen renoviert werden…und eine Spülmaschine wäre gut.

Schöner Urlaub

Alles wunderbar. Tolle Lage mit kleinem Garten und Parkplatz.Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine Treppe mit vielen Stufen, was für uns aber kein Problem war.Haben vor wieder zu kommen. Muchas gracias Monica und Coralia.

Ein kleines Paradies mit Garten

Ein schönes Häuschen mit Meeresblick und Garten. Über eine Treppe ist man rasch am Strand und der Uferpromenade. Alles ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Exactly as described

Wonderful stay at this property. First time visiting Tenerife and we would certainly choose this area and property again. We loved the fact you could walk from the property down the private steps to the beach. Cafes, eateries close by however the kitchen was so well stocked with cooking utensils that we had a few meals in.

An Oasis of Quiet & Calm

The accommodation is very good..all on one level. Close to Beach and the town but with steps to access beach. Has a sun terrace which can get very hot but also has a pleasant, small and sheltered garden area. Monica the host is very helpful.

Es gibt keinen besseren Ausblick auf den Strand

Unser siebtes Mal in El Medano und dort in einem Ferienhaus. Es war das bislang beste Objekt. Das Haus hat einen tolle Garten mit Blumen und einem Grill. Kommt man in das Haus, hat man direkt einen unglaublich tollen Blick aus dem großen Küchenfenster auf den Strand. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und wir haben jeden Abend ausgiebig dort kochen können. Es gibt auch genug Sitzplätze in der Wohnung, im Garten und auch auf der Dachterrasse. Die Vermieterin selbst war nicht vor Ort aber ihre Schwägerin wohnt im Haus nebenan. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen und auch nette Gespräche mit ihr führen. Das Haus ist übrigens schon fast 100 Jahre alt und war eines der ersten Häuser in El Medano. Wir wollen wiederkommen

Insgesamt verbesserungswürdig.

Es war eine Vielzahl von Kleinigkeiten, welch mit dem Angebot nicht übereinstimmen. 1. Bei der Ankunft kein Hinweis wie das Objekt betreten werden kann de es keine Klingel gab. 2. Wären wir mit Kindern dort gewesen, hätten wir das Objekt vor Ort getänzelt, da das Kinderzimmer nicht bewohnbar ist, Ablösung der Wandfarbe und Putz. Dahinter deutlich erkennbare grauschwarze Pigmentierung, was auf Schimmel schließen . 3. Ist das Objekt für 4 Personen. Leider wußte das weder die Kaffeemaschine noch der Wasserkocher. Beides ist in der Größe für einen Singlehaushalt o. Besucher. 4. In den ersten 4 Tagen kein heißes Wasser. 5. TV nur auf Spanisch. 6. Im der Spüle fehlt der Stöpsel zum spülen. 6. Die Dachterrasse "ohne Worte" Mobiliar zum Teil kaputt, die Auflagen für die Liegen total verschmutzt und dunkelgrau lagen auf dem Boden unter der Solaranlage. 7. Der Garten welcher im Angebot/Internet so schön grün und dicht war, den gibt es leider nicht mehr. Die meisten Planzen sind in einem desolaten Zustand oder fehlen Komplet. 8. Sauberkeit, da geht mehr. Staub auf Lampen und Fliesenkanten, welcher schon leicht im Bogen herunter hing. 9. Dunstabzusghaube defekt. 10. Reparaturen an den Wänden nur halbherzig und lieblos ausgeführt. Dort wo Tapete fehlte wurde entweder ein Stück Tapete, freihändig zugerisse, aufgeklebt und überstrichen. 10. Uns fehlte für abends ein Sichtschutz in der Küche. Es ist im Kern ein schönes Objekt. Müsste aber dringend überarbeitet werden. Das Objekt ist sehr gut geeignet für jüngere Personen, welche dort dem Wassersport oder Wandern nachgehen möchten. Für älter Personen oder Familien mit kl. Kindern ist die Treppenanlage zum Strand mit 88 Stufen unter Umständen eine Herausforderung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. 84 Stufen geht es runter auf die Promenade am Strand. Die Promenade nach links und man ist schnell im Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Diese Wohnung war für uns ein Traum. Sie liegt sehr nah am Meer und hat einen wunderschönen kleinen Garten. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Well equipped, lovely garden and outside areas, great location near beach and town.

El Medano is not a. typical Tenerifan resort .It is quiet at night but lively in the day with great bars , restaurants,shops and loads of water sports. The kite surfing is a delight to view. We enjoyed walks to the red mountain and to the beach beyond it. We took the bus to last Galletas and to Los Abrigos both little harbours with great fish restaurants.

Peaceful location with great sea view

We had an unfortunate start to our holiday as there was no hot water for the first two days but I have to say the owner was very pro active and got it sorted by day 3. We enjoyed our stay, the garden is a huge bonus as it allows the privacy to sunbathe or quietly sit and read. As does the roof terrace. Some of the furniture outside is a little in need of TLC as are the gate locks to the property. The journey from the airport is only 10 mins which is wonderful, this does however mean that you do hear the planes taking off but that did not cause us a problem. To get to the beach and town there are a lot of steps and so if you are not very mobile this would be an issue but we rather liked the work out. Restaurants all within easy walking distance ( apart from the steps) and there are some fabulous ones in the town. We used Tripadvisor and did not have a bad meal. Local wine was good too. All in all we would return and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Monica for all her help with regards to the water issue.
