This unique home, which was once a houseboat has been updated and transformed into your perfect lake getaway. The home is surrounded by large shade trees that grow through the deck and offer all day shade from the Texas heat. Another covered patio wraps around the home, allowing you to enjoy the perfect sunset views of Costello Island. The kitchen is open to the living room. A 4-person dining table is situated near an island with an additional 4 stools for bar seating. The kitchen has all needed amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop with oven and a coffee pot. The living area has two couches that pull out to make beds.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also access to the shady patio from this bedroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds and another door with patio access. Just around the corner is a second updated full bathroom with walk in shower.

The outdoor kitchen has a sink and beverage fridge for your convenience. The hasty bake cooker gives you the options to sear, bake or smoke. The deep-water dock is accessible by stairs from the outside deck. There is a seating area on the dock and a sunning area on the top level.
