The apartment is located near the large pedestrian area, a few steps from the sea, close to all major services such as post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, etc. and close to a cycle path where you can move around the city or to reach sites of historical and monumental importance, such as Aquileia and Palmanova, in addition to the lagoon area in the direction of Grado-Pineta. Guests have at their disposal a condominium space in the inner courtyard for the parking of bicycles.
A few meters from the apartment is the Lo Scoiattolo restaurant which offers excellent fish specialties and other renowned recipes of Mediterranean cuisine and pizza. Next to the squirrel there is the "da Calogero" rotisserie that offers authentic Sicilian cuisine (including arancini and cannoli).
The accommodation is close to a large cycle-pedestrian area where you can do trekking, Nordic, jogging, and bike trekking in bike paths to the towns of Aquileia, Cervignano, Palmanova, Monfalcone ... Trieste!
