This welcoming communal space opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. A well-appointed bedroom on this level is furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and also provides direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor for the convenience of guests. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping accommodation. The first features a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length along with a private shower and WC, while the second is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also served by a dedicated shower and WC.
