The time has come. After a long and extensive renovation, we are now pleased to present our lovely, cozy, and modern vacation rental.
Where is Hahnenklee, and what does this town have to offer?
The romantic spa town of Hahnenklee is located in the Upper Harz region of Lower Saxony. This small town, with a population of about 1,200, is part of Goslar and is approximately 16 km from Goslar’s city center.
Sights and attractions:
Liebesbankweg (Love Bench Trail)—a hiking trail featuring 25 unique love benches
Stave Church—unique wooden architecture. It even served as the backdrop for a marriage proposal on the TV show “Nur die Liebe zählt” 😊
Many beautiful hiking trails and lakes (including guided tours)
Aerial cableway and chairlift (expected to reopen starting at 24.12.2022 )
Five downhill runs for skiers and snowboarders. On-site equipment rental (please contact the provider for details).

What can you expect in our vacation rental?
In a cozy 48 square meters, you’ll find everything—and then some—that a vacation rental for two people should offer. Since we aim to provide an allergy-friendly environment, pets of any kind are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
The cozy bedroom features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a closet with plenty of space for your clothes.
In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable corner sofa, a 55-inch TV (with standard channels; access to Netflix and other streaming services is available with your own account), and a large electric fireplace adds that special touch.
The adjacent open-concept, high-quality kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. This includes an oven, two glass-ceramic cooktops, a sink, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and various other kitchen utensils. Of course, the kitchen also offers plenty of storage space. An ironing board and iron are also stored there.
Guests can then relax and enjoy a meal or a drink at the large table.
One of the many small and large highlights of this apartment is the heart-shaped shower pan. Complemented by the rain showerhead, even taking a shower becomes a little experience in itself.
The shower room also features a generously sized sink area with a mirror. A hair dryer is, of course, provided.

The hallway offers plenty of space for your coats and shoes, including a bench.
The balcony faces east, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Equipped with high-quality balcony furniture, you can also eat outside when the weather is nice.
Now I’m coming to my absolute favorite spot: the sauna room. The infrared sauna, which can accommodate up to two people, reaches a temperature of up to 60°C. It has a built-in radio. A cozy sofa is available for relaxing—a dream, especially during the cold season!
