"The room was clean although there was a cigarette burn on the arm of my couch. I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. "Worst experience ever. This is a review from four day stay. The room was warm 68 was the lowest temp she could set. The second night note was left at door …power was going to be out from 8pm -2am. It actually went back up at 2 am. I had medication in fridge and was starting to get nervous. "Loved this hotel. Good distance from the main attractions. The highlight is the cleanliness of our room and the overall layout. Bed were comfortable and the AC is cold!!!this one is great because when you set it at cold it is cold and stays that way til you’re freezing! I hope they dont change it in the summer. Definitely will come back to this hotel with this amenity alone. My only very minor complaint would be the pillows, they have 0 firmness by next mornings you’re almost laying flat on...
