Tucked along the shoreline in Goodview, this waterfront retreat on deep water built for slowing down and spending time together. Coffee on the deck turns into afternoons on the dock, and evenings end with those iconic Smith Mountain Lake sunsets that never get old.
Enter the house to a wall of windows and beautiful unobstructed views of the lake the house, comfort takes over. The living space is warm and inviting, with room to gather for movies, games, or a relaxed night in. Challenge someone to air hockey, pull out a board game, or simply unwind with a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real meals, not shortcuts. Grill outside on the deck and enjoy dinner with a view as the sun sets over the lake. It is the kind of setting people remember long after the trip ends.
When it is time to recharge, you will find four comfortable bedrooms and three full baths designed for a restful stay. The jetted tub offers a quiet place to unwind after a full day on the water. Central AC keeps things cool and comfortable no matter the season.
The private dock is the heart of the experience. Bring your boat to moor, launch a kayak, or take the paddleboard out for a quiet ride across the water. The dock house makes it easy to stay out all day with a refrigerator, microwave, and everything you need within reach.
Dogs are part of the story here too. Baloo would not have had it any other way. Bring up to two pets and let them enjoy the lake life with you.

House Rules for Your Stay:
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
