OSO Summit offers high end modern accommodations designed for the comfort of couples and travelling professionals. Located on the top floor of this award-winning development OSO Summit offers endless, pristine views of the mountains, Kicking Horse Resort and the Kicking Horse River. Soak up the all-day sunshine & watch the sunset from your private river facing balcony. Next door to Ethos Cafe and Whitetooth Brewing Co. you are just a few short steps to all that downtown Golden has to offer.

OSO Summit is equipped with new (often custom) furniture and features including the following items for your comfort.

Power reclining sofa with USB charging ports, and tilting headrests
enjoy the ambiance from the 50' custom builtin 3-sided electric fireplace
Locally handcrafted entry bench
Samsung 55" Smart T.V. with Digital Cable T.V, featuring cable channels, sports, music & movies. The TV set up ready for you to enjoy your favourite streaming services.
Dedicated workspace with unlimited highspeed Wi-Fi

Central heat and Air Conditioning
Supplemental baseboard heat on thermostats
Fully equipped Kitchen
In Suite Laundry
dedicated covered parking for 1 (mid-sized) vehicle with power outlet and lockable storage for sports gear.

You will have access to the entire condo and private balcony. Guest access is self-check in with keypads. One designated, free, covered parking space - suitable for a mid-sized vehicle - is provided right next to the building's entry. This is where you will also find your storage lock-up for ski equipment, bikes or golf clubs. Enter the Oso Building using the keypad, take the elevator to the top floor and enter your home away from home via keypad lock, pre-programmed for you.

Please note - we have one designated locked cleaning cabinet, in the laundry area, that is not accessible for guests.

Self check in, and everything for an incredible stay is provided. However, if you need help or have questions during your stay - we live in Golden and will be happy to assist.

Perfectly located right on the edge of the Kicking Horse River in Downtown Golden. You are literally steps away from tranquility and steps away to great food and coffee at on-site Ethos Cafe and a delicious cold beer at Whitetooth Brewing Company.

Live like a local - walk or bike around the downtown for your enjoyment and all your food and entertainment needs. Leave your car parked in your free, designated, covered parking stall - suitable for a mid-sized vehicle. Stash all your sports equipment in your personal storage lock-up - right at your parking stall. Walk out the door, take in the view and chill on the river's edge.

* Long term stays require weekly cleaning ( every 7 days / max 7 days without cleaning ) with an additional regular cleaning fee of $60 per week.
* Children under 12, including infants, are not accepted.

Property is minimally appointed with views of the river. Please note the a/c is controlled by the building owner & therefore if you are planning to enjoy the Golden area in warmer months, it will be a bit uncomfortable if your preference is a cooler space. The washer & dryer is nice for small loads only. The king bed is nice albeit a bit creaky. Room darkening shades are great for keeping the condo cooler during the day but gaps on the sides allow a significant amount of light into the rooms in the morning. Ethos coffee shop is amazing for breakfast & Eleven 22 is a great dinner option (reservations suggested)

A little disappointing

The floors were not very clean, the dryer did not work appropriately, the place was hot and we had no control to turn the air conditioner up, the tv had one volume with no control to turn it up or down. Other than that it was okay, but we wouldn't stay there again.

We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and we had a great stay at this property. It has everything you need to make you feel at home. I do wish that we were able to control the temperature in the unit, it got a little warm in there (the whole complex is controlled as one unit)

Perfect Location Great Views

Location is absolutely great - In the heart of Golden and a short drive to Kicking Horse. Also fantastic views from this well appointed and stylish place. Highly recommend and will absolutely book again upon my return to Golden.

Great views of the river and mountains, new and well maintained, well equiped kitchen - even had cooking oil provided. Private gear locker immediately behind the parking space. Supermarket and restaurants/bars all in winter walking distance. Everything we needed to rest our aching muscles and shattered nerves after a big day kicking horse.

Perfect spot

This was my first stay in Golden and we loved the location of this listing. So close to the highway, groceries close by and the best coffee shop on the main level. We had great weather when we arrived and saw the majestic mountains from the patio windows. Kitchen was well equipped, with salt, pepper and cooking oil provided. Reclining couch was perfect for watching movies and the king size bed was so comfortable.

Perfect location

If you are reading this review then just book this amazing condo. The views are amazing, the location is perfect and the covered parking was great. Easy to get to the unit from the car and the elevator is right there when you walk in. The kitchen was well equipped, the place is clean and the bed comfy. We loved the recliner love seat! We would stay here again. Being next door to White Tooth brewery was a bonus!

Cannot fault this condo, comfortable, tastefully decorated, all amenities. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. I can be a bit picky but this is truly 5 star!

The condo was excellent. The issue is, it is in a very active construction site. The noise and the dust were difficult to overcome. The dishwasher was full when we arrived with clean dishes? There was no toilet paper on holder? I felt this property was misleading. Easy access into the condo.
