    Positioned on level 39 of the iconic Jewel Beachfront Residences, this sub-penthouse apartment is a study in considered luxury.

    The open-plan living and dining area is furnished with intention, curved sofas in warm blush and charcoal, a sculptural coffee table, and a bold copper wall installation that commands attention against the floor-to-ceiling windows. The views from here are simply hard to overstate: the Pacific Ocean stretches across the entire northern and eastern horizon, with the Surfers Paradise skyline framing the city to the north and the Nerang River winding through the suburbs below.
