The Space:

The apartment is finished to a high standard throughout: clean lines, quality fixtures, and a layout that feels generous without wasted space. Ducted air-conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and fast Wi-Fi means remote workers can stay connected without compromise.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows out to the water-view balcony, where an outdoor dining setting give you a reason to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher and everything you need to cook properly if the mood takes you.



BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is dressed with a queen bed and quality linen, positioned to make the most of the outlook. It holds its own as a private retreat, well separated from the living spaces.

The second bedroom has two single beds a flexible configuration that works equally well for siblings, friends travelling together, or guests who simply want their own space. Both bedrooms are served by their own bathrooms, so there's no jostling for the shower in the morning.

BUILDING AMENITIES

The building carries more than its address suggests. Guests have access to a resort-style swimming pool, a sauna, and a fully equipped gym — facilities that would carry a membership fee anywhere else on the coast. *Please note there is no allocated carpark available.



Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the apartment, balcony, pool, sauna, gym. Self check-in is via Keynest key collection, full pickup instructions are sent ahead of arrival.

Keynest collection hours:

Mon–Fri: 6:00am – 10:00pm

Sat–Sun: 6:30am – 10:00pm

The Neighborhood:

Mermaid Beach sits in the sweet spot of the Gold Coast residential enough to feel like a local, connected enough to have everything within reach.

The beach is a seven-minute walk: a wide, uncrowded stretch that draws residents rather than day-trippers. You'll find reliable surf, lifeguard patrols in season, and the kind of unhurried morning energy that makes it worth getting up early.

Broadbeach is minutes away by car or a short tram ride home to some of the Gold Coast's best restaurants, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and The Star. Whether you're after a long lunch, a night out, or a proper flat white, it's all there without the Surfers Paradise crowds.



Getting Around:

The Gold Coast light rail (G:link) runs nearby, connecting you to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, and all points in between without needing the car.

Brisbane Airport is approximately 90 minutes north via the M1. Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is around 40 minutes south.
