The apartment is spacious and offers about 64 square meters for 2 to a maximum of 4 people plenty of space and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. On the south terrace you can enjoy the warm sunshine all year round. In the living room, 2 comfortable sofas offer a lot of comfort and of course there is a flat-screen TV and a radio-CD player. In the cozy kitchen you will find a corner seat with dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower and has a window.

Our house is located in beautiful rural and sunny surroundings in Moosrain, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. Three tastefully furnished and excellently equipped apartments, two of them on the ground floor with south / west terrace and one in the attic with balcony and mountain views offer you the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Only about 1.5 km away in Dürnbach bakery, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and café, ice cream parlor and restaurants. The train and bus station in Moosrain is only a few minutes' walk away, making Munich easy and convenient to reach. And: Moosrain is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and much more. Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr angenehm. Die VerMieterin, ein Traum nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert sehr sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Eine topp saubere Ferienwohnung!!!! Locker 4 Sterne

Schöne hundefreundliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Leider kommt nicht so viel Tageslicht ins Wohnzimmer, aber ansonsten alles tiptop.

Bester Urlaub !

Wir- mein Partner, unser felliger Begleiter und ich waren mehr wie zufrieden mit der schönen Ferienwohnung. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Fewo ist schön groß, gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause und sehr wohl. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Frau Flake war sehr freundlich und positiv. Brötchenservice ist auch möglich was ein tolles Highlight ist. Die Lage ist super, ländlich, dennoch gleich in der City und mit ein paar Minuten Fahrtweg ist man auch direkt am Tegernsee und im umliegenden Orten. Natürlich auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind vorhanden, also für jeden was dabei. Die Orte sind alle sehr schön, sauber und ganz hübsch bepflanzt. Einfach eine Reise wert. Die Landschaft, Berge, Seen und Menschen sind einfach zu empfehlen. Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden, hatten hier den besten Urlaub und kommen im nächsten Jahr gleich wieder. :) Viele Grüße Wachsmann + Familie!
