Historic Home! DT Glenwood

Located in downtown Glenwood Springs this historic victorian circa 1890 was converted to a duplex in the early 20thcentury and is walking distance to restaurants & breweries. Whether you are visiting for the history, food scene, hiking, hot springs, Skiing or fishing you will be minutes to everything you are looking for. Enjoy this charming 19th century victorian!

When you visit our rental you will have a private living room, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, and Master bedroom with a queen bed. There is a shared laundry room adjacent to the master bedroom with a deadbolt between the master and laundry to ensure guest comfort and safety.
During Summer Months a portable AC is provided in the bedroom!
Parking for this unit is public ‘street parking'. The driveway in front of the house can be used for unloading and loading but is associated with the neighboring rental. If private parking is important to your vacation experience, we offer two other similar rentals with private parking at the same location.
If you have a larger party, we also have two adjacent 1-bedroom units, contact us for details.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 12 years visiting our son in the valley, mostly in Glenwood and Carbondale. The proximity to downtown Glenwood (right around the corner) is this properties best attribute. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable for a smaller space. Many of these "miners houses" are available and this one worked well for us. Thanks!!

Didn’t stay here. Not because of anything that was wrong with the house. But the host did not respond to any of my questions. Only had pre-written check-in check-out instructions. Messaged back as soon as I got the message, never heard anything back. I’m sure the house was great, wish I could have stayed. But I sent 4 messages, never had any response to any questions.

Location Location Location

In the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. Close to many wonderful restaraunts and shops. A short walk to the Glenwood Springs and a short drive to Iron Mountain Springs. Clean, well decorated and appointed. We had a great stay!

Getaway in Glenwood

Location was perfect for our walking needs…close to restaurants, train station and downtown. There is a local, free bus which we utilized since we didn’t have other transportation. The bed was comfortable and cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked (could have used a kettle) 😊. We missed having more natural light inside.

Very cute and conveniently located

Very cute house with a great location to walk to the main attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and the hosts were responsive. The very reasonable cleaning fee was fabulous and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues are the living room furniture are not comfortable for lounging/relaxing. They are so slick you slide right off (even the pillows slide off). If you aren’t there to relax in the house it won’t be an issue. Although not a big deal, it would be helpful to have a visible address for guests arriving after dark. It was impossible to see. Darker #s or a little light, motion light on the front porch would be a wonderful addition for guest convenience. Otherwise it was quite lovely. The only reason we won’t stay again is the new early checkout time of 10:00. That was disappointing and will cause us to book somewhere else next time. If it weren’t for the checkout time we would definitely stay again. We would recommend giving it a try.

House was perfect for the 2 of us.Bathroom could use a bath mat. Also didn't know that the street parking had a two hour limit, I got a forty dollar parking ticket.
