Escape to the serene beauty of Gleason and disconnect from the hustle of everyday life. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the soothing calls of loons echo across the lake. With 100 feet of pristine lakefront access, this vacation rental is a perfect retreat for couples, friends, and families looking to unplug, unwind, and explore the natural beauty of the Northwoods.



Bring your boat, canoe, kayak, or paddleboard and enjoy days on some of the region’s most crystal-clear water. We provide two paddleboards, a kayak, and life jackets for your use. The public boat landing is just a mile from the home, making launching your own watercraft easy and convenient.



Outdoor Activities:

- Ideal for swimming, fishing and soaking up the sun - right out the front door!

- Lincoln County ATV trails just down the road

- Access to the Ice Age Trail for hiking adventures

This is the most clear water you will see on a lake in the Northwoods!

You also have access to the two car garage to park your vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, etc.



The Neighborhood:

The options are limitless as Harrison Hills offers fishing, boating, biking, hunting, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV trails and hiking on the Ice Age Trail. And, you can’t forget the breathtaking fall colors!



Getting Around:

Please note that the nearest towns—Gleason and Rhinelander—are about 20 minutes away. Be sure to plan ahead and bring groceries and any other essentials you may need.



Other Things to Note:

Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. For cancellations made outside our cancellation policy time frame, we’ll only refund the cleaning fee.

Wonderfully comfortable and clean house! One of the best equipped places we’ve stayed at. And the view of the lake was spectacular. Plenty of room to relax inside and out. Would love to stay there again!

Easy check in/check out. Had family across the lake to show us around but so fun! No AC but fully equipped with all the fans to stay cool. Some of the hottest days in Gleason, and we were still able to stay cool at night. Loved the extra paddle boards and water floaties. Plenty of dishes to make some great meals and uses the grill daily. Clean and well kept with a cabin feel still. Amazing memories built! Thank you again!!

Tam's Wedding

The property is beautiful. The house was clean and orderly. Many items for cooking and eating and enjoying the outdoor living as well as indoor. The main reason for my OK rating is that the internet was down from Saturday early evening until Tuesday as we were readying to leave. That in itself would have been frustraing. The most frustrting was the lack of communication from my contact. I sent a message at 7:30 am Sunday. Again at 12:30 pm, and once more at 8:30 pm. I finally received a response at 9:30pm saying sorry for delay in getting back to me. DELAY? DELAY? I would say total disregard. I was told they would call first thing next morning. At 9:34am I sent a message stating still no internet, and another at 3pm. There was not response until 11pm. So, yes the HOUSE and the FURNISHINGS were wonderful. The COMMUNICATION-- NOT SO MUCH and it was very frustrating and irritating.

Awesome place to hang with friends

We traveled in from Kansas for my friends wedding we spent 2 days here celebrating her bachelorette party. The view is amazing, we were able to chill and have fun. Space worked for 6 woman. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

Mini Getaway

Very quiet and relaxing. House has everything; just bring your cloths and food. Used the boat launch a mile away and boated throughout long lake and bass lake. Beautiful!! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great place

This is a great cottage. It has all the amenities you could need. Very CLEAN. Great views across the lake from either the spacious outdoor deck or from down in the lawn at the fire pit. Really felt like a vacation - peaceful and beautiful. Steps down to the dock are not bad, I think the pictures on the website make them look steeper and farther. Plenty of room to park your car. Wifi worked great, lots of games, water rafts and space. Thank you very much!

Fun for the entire family

Had a great weekend watching the kids reconnect and make lasting memories. Did some paddle boarding around the lakes, plenty of swimming and fishing and lots of time riding the trails on our dirt bikes. This home has everything you could need for a weekend or longer. We have recommending this home to everyone we know and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything!! One happy mama.

Relaxing getaway

The property was wonderful and very clean! The owners did a fantastic job stocking the house everything you would need during your stay and then some. The lake was great, we wished we would have brought our kayaks as the property and lake are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. But otherwise everything was great.....we didn't want to leave!
