Enjoy original fir hardwood floors and a gym with a half basketball court, kettlebells, and a treadmill. Plus, we offer electric bike rentals for an exciting way to explore the area! DOGS welcome in our newly renovated garage :) The home is situated in a picturesque location on the banks of the Missouri river, where the water flows throughout the year. The area is secluded, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The absence of neighbors adds to the privacy and serenity of the surroundings. For guests who enjoy water activities, there are two boat ramps in close proximity, allowing for easy access to the river. Boats, kayaks, rafts, and jet skis can all be enjoyed in the river or lake. The dredge cuts, just a mile away from the home, offer sandy beaches and swimming areas, as well as being ideal for paddle boarding. For those interested in fishing, Fort Peck Lake which is renowned for its world-class walleye fishing, is only a short drive away from the property. Overall the location of the home offers a variety of outdoor activities and a scenic view of the Missouri River. Guess will have full access to the entire house and garage, including all the rooms, amenities, and appliances provided. In addition to the indoor space, the entire exterior of the property is also available to guests, with the property extending down to the Missouri River. Guests can take advantage of the river access to fish for lake trout from the banks in the yard, providing an exciting opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts. The back patio is also available for guests to use and features a propane grill and chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views of the river. We loved the character of this old schoolhouse which has been beautifully renovated. It had all the amenities we needed, including firewood, and had plenty of room for us and our adult children. It was wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the river and close to our favorite spot on the dredge cuts.
