This listing is for 2 charming cottages and exclusive use of the pool and attached pergola. Come enjoy the summer pool and lakes, stroll the Weir beach boardwalk, see fall foliage, or ski/snowmobile. Enjoy the luxury hot tub, fire pit, and pergola in the evening. Pool open Memorial Day thru Labor day.
The space
POOL COTTAGE:

The first floor consists of a fully stocked kitchenette, a 3/4 bathroom and a dining area which converts to a bedroom with a full-size murphy bed built into the wall, 2-seat bar area, hardwood floors. Lots of windows for sunlight and views of the pool and surrounding fields.

The second floor is a master suite with queen-size bed, sofa and large flat screen smart TV (ROKU) . Below the TV is an electric fireplace. There is a queen size aero bed and linens available for additional guests. Hardwood floors. There are lots of windows on all four sides of the building providing lots of light and beautiful views.

GARAGE COTTAGE:

This second floor cottage boasts of a fully stocked kitchenette, dining room, living room, 3/4 bathroom, master bedroom with queen size bed and queen guest bed off the living area with scenic views of the surrounding fields and guest pool.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The pool area has a large deck with pergola, plenty of seating and a gas fire pit. There is an outdoor grill for cooking. The pool area is reserved for your private use.

Shared luxury hot tub with a view of the koi pond is open daily 4 seasons until 10pm.

The yard boasts beautiful flower gardens and a koi pond, plenty of lawn for outdoor games as well a large wood burning fire pit.

Steps away you will find access to winter snow mobile trails and we are just minutes away from Gunstock Ski Mountain.
Guest access
You will have your own parking and entry. These units are completely private and not shared. You will be given the lockbox code for entry.
Other things to note
In addition to the two cottages rented in this listing, there is an additional rental unit on site. Please be advised you will likely see and hear other guests while on the property. However, we do strictly enforce noise ordinances after 10pm and have noise meters on site.

Please be aware that some outdoor amenities are shared and some are reserved for specific units.

By renting both cottages, the pool, pool area and attached pergola are reserved for you. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. We try to open early and close late as long as weather permits, but cannot promise access outside of these dates.

The hot tub is shared by all three units. It is open year round with minimal down times. We only shut it down for required cleanings and try to do this when it doesn't impact reservations. Due to its proximity to the Main house, guests in the cottages MAY NOT use the hot tub after 10pm, as it may disturb guests sleeping in the main house.
