Welcome to your dream getaway at Lane in Gilbert, South Carolina! This stunning lakeside property offers a comfortable retreat for 2 guests, featuring a private apartment.

Please note: Your apartment is part of the same structure as a big house, but the apartment is 100% private and you won't be disturbed by anyone.

No smoking inside the apartment, you can in the balcony.
No parties or events

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Remember to fill out the security deposit procedure.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, and lock the door behind you, my housekeeper will take care of the rest

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.

Filthy not cleaned from prior guests

The unit was disgusting and filthy, dirty towels on the floor, trash in the cans and stained messed bed. It was not cleaned from prior guests. The owner was unreachable the first night, refused a complete refund so I could go to a hotel instead, which I did anyway. By day 3 of the reservation it was still not cleaned and I am still waiting on a dispute with my credit card company for my refund. The property manager tried their best, but their hands were tied with an owner who refused help. The entire main house also has two one bedroom units for rent. So the entire property is shared with 3 rental spaces. Everyone on property was frustrated for multiple issues and an owner who simply did not care and refused to refund or make things right.

Perfect stay

This was the absolute perfect place extremely clean, quiet great neighborhood perfect view of the lake Watch the sunrise of the lake from the porch. The host with amazing he would contact me within 10 minutes. I sent a message. Make sure that had everything I needed and didn’t mind me bugging them a bit very kind and courteous, friendly definitely will be back
