"Die Haushälterin war immer anwesend aber aufgrund mangelnder Sprachkenntnisse war Kommunikation nur per WhatsApp über die Agentur möglich. Daher war es z.B. etwas schwierig zu verstehen wohin man den Müll bringen soll, aber ein kaputter Toaster wurde gleich ausgetauscht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ..."

"I was annoyed that I didn't get the Ticino ticket immediately. Because I didn't understand this, I paid 20 frs extra for our train tickets to Milano. I could have taken tickets from chiasso instead of Lugano back and forth. Also no towel to dry dishes."
