Enjoy your time in this wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with wifi. You'll be 20 steps away from the creek, 12 minutes away from skiing and just down the road from great dining and the Georgetown Loop.
Take a look outside after a day on the slopes and watch the beautiful stream of taillights heading down the hill as you relax and get ready for another wonderful day.

Worked perfectly for a long weekend getaway! Instructions for entry and stay were easy. Bathroom was larger than expected. As previous reviews stated, very clean. Extra linens and pillows available. Used the kitchen to make quick breakfast and warm up leftovers, but easily could have cooked a meal with dishes provided. With 3 adults we even used the roll away bed in the living room for a bit less snoring. Closet full of games and wifi could keep anyone entertained. Location had easy access to town. Plenty of parking. Condo faces the creek just yards away to watch people fish or listen to the water sounds. Would stay again.

Very clean and beds were comfortable! Easy parking and great location for hiking Grays/Torreys and Mt. Bierstadt. The town is walkable and several places to eat. The host was quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location

Place was so clean and cozy! Easy to get to and inside! We drive to winter park one day and copper mountain the other and this was right in the middle of two breweries and a few places to eat in the neighborhood. A little over an hour to airport too. Bonus coffee and creamer in the fridge!!

Peaceful Location

This location was ideal—conveniently close to restaurants, a gas station, and downtown. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return in a heartbeat!

The perfect place to stay

Just stayed here with my family. Was overly impressed with the place. In additional to all of the normal amenities they also had a coffee grinder, a griddle which we found very helpful. Nice full set of silverware and dishes. Left over nonperishable items were available. Large bathroom. Well stocked. Very clean. Could not be happier with the place. Will definitely stay here again! Reached out to the owner because I couldn't figure out the key in the beginning. He was very nice and did not seemed bother at all with my call and answered right away.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this Georgetown Mountain Condo. It was perfect for us and had a great view and the location by the stream and walking distance to the lake was a bonus! My teens are already asking to go back ❣️

Great place! Even better Host!

This place is great! Close to everything in town, clean, very quiet, perfect size for small family. We had the best communication with our host Jim that I’ve ever had in a rental! Very cozy condo! Also, we left our suns pillow and stuffed animal and Jim went WAY out of his way to get it back to us! We appreciate him so much and would rent from him again and again! Thanks again for a stress free stay! If you’re going to Georgetown to ride the Christmas train but don’t want to drive all the way back down the mountain, this is the place to stay!
