Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood at the end of a private enclave, this two-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa offers elegance, privacy, and elevated views with access to world-class boating, swimming, and island relaxation. From the private pool to the shared rooftop terrace, every corner of this home has been designed for discerning travellers seeking space, comfort, and a connection to the water.

Stylish Interior & Accommodation
The villa features tastefully curated interiors with modern furnishings, high-end finishes, and Sonos-enabled sound throughout. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the layout includes:

1st-Floor Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Smart TV, and Sonos speaker
1st-Floor Powder Room: Half bath
2nd-Floor Owner’s Suite: King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, Smart TV, and Sonos portable speaker

The villa features a shared third-floor rooftop terrace, used occasionally by the neighbouring villa’s owners. This panoramic rooftop space includes dining furniture, lounge seating, a gas BBQ grill, and beverage fridge — all perfect for sunset meals or early morning coffee with a view.

Loved the house and the water access by boat. Close to all the attractions yet far from the crowds and noise. Beautiful setting and views and the heated pool was a warm welcome after a long day enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommended and a very well deserved 5 stars.

This property fit well above the expectations of our group, and was perfect for the relaxing low key holiday we had planned. The property management company was wonderful and very helpful. The neighbors did make a noise complaint our first night because couple of us were talking outside late and we did not notice the quiet hour posting. Would've been nice if they had simply talked to us instead of complaining but that's not the property's fault. There were no issues after that as we just set an alarm and came inside before quiet hours started. I'd 100% recommend this location. Tip: this is not in the touristy section of the island. Highly recommend a rental car.

The property was exactly as pictured. The location was great….close enough to the airport and attractions without being in the middle of the touristy areas. The rental came with everything that we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman with a group!

We booked this spot for a family vacation, including 3 adult couples, one 7 yr old and a 15 mo. It was a wonderful spot for us. We really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pool area right off the living space.

Melinda was accommodating to our needs for example supplying the coffee maker and the suggestions of the different restaurants. Place was clean and had all the necessary items and supplies needed for the stay. Very modern and spacious living space. Family wants to plan this every year. The kids enjoyed the night swim after a long day at the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Thank you for the beautiful memories we've created from staying here.

All I can say is WOW! This property exceeded our expectations with wonderful views of both the canal and the North Sound! This home was immaculate and tastefully decorated making it your home away from home. The management team was super responsive and easy to communicate with both prior and during our stay! This home has everything from a well appointed kitchen to an amazing rooftop to enjoy priceless sunsets as you watch the boats navigate about the North Sound waters. The private plunge pool was amazing to cool off and refresh in as you escape the Cayman sunshine. This house has now raised the bar for us as we will never stay in a hotel or condo again in Grand Cayman! We will be returning clients for sure! Thank you all so much for giving us a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Craig & Terri
