    Enjoy direct lake access, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the water, and gather with friends and family in a fully upgraded modern home built for comfort and entertainment.

    This home offers a clean, modern design with plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up for comfort, and the open living areas make it easy to gather without feeling crowded.

    The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, while the living room and outdoor areas are built for relaxing after a day on the water.

    -Sleeps 8 comfortably (4BR / 4.5BA)
    -Private, quiet setting (not crowded like Orlando rentals)
    -Perfect for families, groups, and weekend getaways

    All appliances have QR codes next to them so user instructions can be readily available by scanning the QR code with your smartphone.

    Guest access is provided by utilizing the front porch entry double doors. Electronic key pad entrances are provided for an easy contact free arrival and entry. Digital Key Pad pin code will be generated and provided prior to check in.
    Contactless arrival, check in and check out. Please reach out immediately for any special needs or requests so that we can do our best to accommodate those needs or requests. Thank you.

    A private, separate in-law suite is located on the rear of the property. The space is completely independent and does not interfere with guest privacy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lakehouse!!!! We will definitely return. Very clean and safe. Updated amenities were a plus. The decor was very very simplistic. What a feeling of being in a place that resembles home and this place did just that! Everything was simply the best!!!!I can go on and on and on and still would not get all of the accolades out! High five to a FANTASTIC stay!LaToya

This property exceeded all of my expectations! I have rented dozens of homes on VRBO and this home falls in the top 2 on my list. The host was beyond gracious and accommodating. He knew we came down for my nieces wedding and left a beautiful welcome letter, congratulating her. Really kind. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. I recommend this home whole heartedly. I would give it six stars if I could.

We were extremely impressed with this property and the owners. It’s clear they genuinely care about maintaining the home and about making sure their guests have a great experience.The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen and coffee bar were well equipped, and we appreciated all the thoughtful little touches—like extra outlets built into the nightstands for charging devices. Every detail seemed designed with convenience and comfort in mind.Communication from the owners was excellent from start to finish. The location was quiet and peaceful, with a relaxing view, making it a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring.It was also perfectly located for our trip—only about an 18-minute drive to Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), with beautiful scenic drives to the Space Coast attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this property to our family and friends!
