Completely renovated, relaxing, fun coastal feel cottage with a hint of Key West on the covered porch.
The cottage is within walking distance of the strip and the lake where you can view the beautiful lake erie sunsets and 7 miles to SPIRE.
This is a 2 bdr ( 2 Queens), Queen size sleeper sofa and a 3rd private detached guestroom 1bd with full size bed that would be perfect for a couple or your teenager would also love this space. Bedding towels, wash cloths provided.
This listing gives you a beautiful, well maintained private lot with a fire pit bring your own fixings for the smores making evenings, adarondak chairs, corn hole boards and bags,
WiFi, TV's with HULU and Netflix access in each Bdr as well as common areas.
The cottage is a relaxed coastal theme with a covered patio being a Key West themed area with a TV, Mini frig, picnic table and conversation sitting area.
This cottage is perfect for the family get away vacation, couples, Bachelorette party, or a fun girls weekend.
There is a coffee bar with a Keurig duo ( full size coffee pot and combined keurig single serve). starter keurigs provided, bring your favorites. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans provided
Many local Wineries and a local taxi service makes getting there and back a breeze.

There is a public beach, but requires transportation.
Golf cart rentals are available through local businesses and are legal transportation to the beach and the strip. Kayak and jet ski rentals and there are also many local resturaunts to eat or get take out.
Local bars and night life are close by on the strip who host many great local bands.

We had a fantastic time at Keys Cottage. The house was cozy and big enough for 3 of us. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. The backyard/patio was a wonderful place to relax and hangout, with plenty of seating and outside TV. It's a short walk to the lake and strip, where we grabbed dinner and drinks. Highly recommend if you're planning to stay in the area.

Wonderful vacation!!

Keys cottage was perfect in every way. We had everything we needed and more. The accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was, the outside was over the top-perfect deck, large fire pit and great back yard for outdoor games. Beds are comfy too! Also, within minutes to the strip. The hosts were wonderful. Would love to stay there again!

The absolute perfect house. It was cleaned to perfection. The porch and backyard were in pristine condition. We have stayed in over 20 houses near or on the strip and we give this house a 10/10.

Short Trip to Key West...

For any of you who have visited Key West, this "Keys Cottage" will take you back there, if only for a little while. The back covered porch has a very Jimmy Buffett feel to it, comfy chairs and tables, and a really nice fire pit.Inside, the theme continues with a very clean and comfortable living area, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you'd need to prepare meals.If you don't want to do meals, the Strip is only a 5 minute walk with food, entertainment, Lake Erie and Eddie's ice cream!GOTL is our favorite place to vacation, and this trip to Keys Cottage was no exception. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Top Notch Spot!

We stayed one night for an event at the nearby SPIRE Institute and couldn't have been happier with the cottage. It is immaculately clean, with everything you need and helpful instructions if you have any questions.Our stay was so short and the weather a little too cool to enjoy the beautifully set up outdoor space, but it definitely sets this place apart.Owners were quick to reply to questions we had prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to Geneva By The Lake that's not right on the main drag -- but within easy walking distance.
