Charming- Newly Listed, SPIRE, GOTL, Wineries

This newly renovated, cozy home will have you feeling right at home. Located right next to the SPIRE Academy in Geneva, OH, a short drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, Lake Erie and the historic Bridge Street in Ashtabula, you'll have plenty to do and see!

Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a full-size day bed and cozy living areas, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

*There are steps to enter the home*

The main floor:
-Spacious living room with sofa, board games, smart TV and Full-size Day Bed.
-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in
-Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs
-Bedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
-Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, clothes rack, dresser and smart TV.
-Full Bathroom with shower
-Fully stocked linen closet

Please note: There is a door connecting both bedrooms as well as 2 doors to enter the bathroom. All of these doors have functional locks to assist with privacy.

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
-Backyard features a small deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.
-Plenty of parking

Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

The home met our needs for a girls trip for the Ashtabula Covered Bridges festival. House was clean. I did not receive check-in information until after arrived and called the host. Backyard/fire pit area has steep ground/incline to get to the chairs and fire pit. No lighting in the backyard area.

Great stay! Liked that it was pet friendly and close to a lot of the “go to” spots. There is a 50 fee for pets and a pet policy that I did not see in the listing before booking. I would recommend this gets added to the listing unless perhaps I just missed it! I would stay here again.

Very clean. Not far from GOTL. An additional pet fee was not mentioned when we booked, but mentioned afterwards. We chose, therefore, to leave them at home which created some additional unnecessary work on our part to find family to pet sit. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to stay for a visit.

Love love love this place. Perfect location, so close to wineries and the strip. Comfy and lots of amenities. Having coffee packets ready each morning was a nice touch. There were 4 adults and a dog and we had more than enough room. Backyard was perfect to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Weekend stay

The home was very clean and in a nice area. There is a main road that runs in front of the home so there is some degree of road noise. The host has very good communication skills and responds quickly. The beds are a little low. All in all in a convenient location and a good stay.

Perfect Location for Spire Events

We were here for a sporting event at Spire and this could not have been a better location! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were so responsive. We had one small issue in the morning, and they had it fixed before lunch. Better than a hotel!

OVR Spire Tournament

This place was perfect in all ways! Was a 2 min druve to Spire where our tournament was. Very clean and well equipped. We did not get to use the outside firepit but loved the large backyard! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The driveway is hard to get jn and out of with traffic and the beds arent very comfortable. BUT it could not have been cleaner nor could the hosts been more responsive. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay and experience here. The house was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. We really appreciated the free (and GOOD) coffee and supplies! We stayed for my husband’s birthday weekend and to visit the wineries, which were nice and close!

Nice place to stay

Stayed here 4 nights. Wasnt sure about the noise from the traffic, being on 534. It was quiet at night. Daytime wasnt bad. The inside of the house is really nice. A big back yard. Theres a grill and a firepit. You can park your vehichle in the garage. Close to fast food, grocery store, gas station, and wineries. If and when we come back to the area, we will definitely want to stay here again.
