"We had a great stay. For someone who doesn’t know the area, we felt safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My mom said her bed was a little firmer than she likes but mine was just fine. The air worked and the hot water and water pressure was magnificent. We did have an issue with the batteries dying in our door card reader thing (that unlocks the door with your hotel key card) but the front desk staff and the manager came out and swapped the batteries and we didn’t have...

"Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...

"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"We really love this property. It truly was like the outdoors inside. I really liked the screened in porch with the rocking chairs. The room was amazing and so was the jacuzzi tub. I wish the fireplace would have put out warm air but it looked realistic. The complimentary snack basket was a nice surprise. We ate at both restaurants and the food was delicious. The breakfast portions were huge and we definitely could have shared. We got there early but had to wait to check in. We wish the guy at...

"This property was wonderful to stay at. The breakfast was awesome - lots of option and fresh! The rooms we booked where great and very comfortable. The place was also quiet. We traveled with our dog for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect but the staff greeted us kindly and loved seeing our pup. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. "
