Upper level Duplex unit with 5 Leather Recliners in Living room and 2 King bedrooms and 1 Bunk bedroom. Picnic Table, Grill, Rockers and swing await your comfort. Inside we have leather furniture with 5 reclining leather chairs. All on 5+ acres of land located just 1 mile from Parkway. Close to shops, restaurants and stores.

Cedar lined closet, hardwood floors and charming cedar walls.

2 king bedrooms with Smart Tvs. Bunk Room with Smart TV. Sleep Number King with adjustable mattress firmness in master bedroom.

We offer pack and play, high chair, booster chair and baby bath.

Tree porch swing on the 5 acres as well as log rockers. We also have a picnic table and BBQ Grill.

Comes see why we fell in love with the wooded acre home.

Holidays require 3-4 night minimum.

Wonderful location and cabin. We rented the upstairs and very happy with the condition of the property. The hot tub was nice but a crosswind negative temps didn't allow us to enjoy it for more than a few minutes. We did come with dogs and kids. Very kids friendly and the arcade machine was a huge hit. Our dogs are furniture pets by nature so they had to be crated most of the trip. Just a heads up for anyone that also has furniture loving pets. Overall a very solid rental. Well stocked, clean, accessible, and mostly comfortable.

Everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. It was cold a couple of extra blankets would have been great, and the last renter left the fire pit full of big logs that were halfway burned and saturated with water sothere was nothing we could do to use it. We really enjoyed it and it's close to everything. We will probably stay again another time.

The place isn't great at all. The traffic noise and drag racing everyday was terrible. The hot tub which my kids were excited about didn't feel like it would be clean as it's sitting under a nasty car port. It was super disappointing and clearly the previous reviews are not truthful. The floors are uneven the lamp in the second bedroom didn't work, the cable didn't work when trying to get the tv to work my husband didn't even want to touch behind it becuase of how nasty dirty it was.

First let me say the Manager is awesome! He answered any questions we had and tried to help us find another location when our trip got unexpectedly extended. The view is breathtaking and the cozy, clean cabin was wonderful.

Great Place to Stay!

The cabin was more than spacious enough-the pictures do not do it justice! Property was clean and close by to all the attractions we wanted to take our children to. The yard is not flat at all, but the kids still managed to play and enjoy the much needed sunshine. Despite being close by to the highway we had plenty of privacy. Lisa was easy to reach and answered any questions and requests we had in a timely and friendly manner. She made it easy to add another night to our stay - we just weren't ready to go home! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice location

The rental was a nice looking house on the outside but felt like a cabin on the inside. It is a split house with two rental properties, one on top and one on bottom. We had the top of the house and another family was renting the bottom half. We never heard any noise from the other family or saw them much during our stay. Location wasn't far from Pigeon Forge (15ish mins) and Gatlinburg (20ish mins) which I perfer to stay a little outiside of the destination spot. Overall the place provided a comfortable place to stay, plently of room and ample parking. I would recommend and stay again on our next visit.

Great location

Everything was clean. It had a well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Hot tub was nice at the end of a long day. It was enjoyable to watch the birds and squirrels running around the yard. The carport was appreciated on the days it rained. We would stay again!

Hidden Gem

Cozy cabin very central to all things in Sevierville. Sits right off of a main highway but hidden away by a very nice tree line. Clean, comfortable and easy access to anywhere! Will definitely stay again!

Horrible experience

We had the worst experience! We pulled up to the place and it looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures were taken so close it is actually right off the road and it might be on 5 acres but what you see is nothing. The description when we made reservations didn’t say duplex so there were other people there when we pulled up. I called them and they would only answer the phone once after that myself and Vrbo could almost never get ahold of them. We had to stay in a hotel and find another cabin the next morning. I called Vrbo and they agreed with me on the pictures I had submitted to them but the host told me they would refund me. Then Vrbo called the host to approve the refund and they told them I stayed there for five nights and would only refund the remaining and then decided they wouldn’t refund me anything so they were 4k richer while myself my husband and our two service dogs had to stay in a hotel and for a week go back and fourth while they lied to us and then never refunded us for a place we didn’t stay at. Very horrible selfish hosts do not stay.

Convenient location

This property is very well stocked. I don't know if they were truly sleep number mattresses or not but we couldnt find any controls for them if they were. It is located in a very convenient location in Sevierville but it is near a busy road and you can hear the traffic a lot. Property managers were prompt in responding to messages. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The house was very clean, kitchen was nice plenty of space for the 3of us. however we had a problem when we arrived at our orginal rental, I called th host and he was on it immediately and moved us too another place nearby. He was great thank you so much.. hope yo rent again next year..
