Charming chalet apartment located where Gatlinburg ends and National Park begins. Minutes from downtown, trolley stop is across the street. Has one bedroom and full bathroom, a full-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with dishwasher, sleeps four. 5 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

All around 100% Great. The check in was easy, the lock code could be shorter. Room was clean and comfortable. Prefect walk to the strip, really enjoy everything.

Our stay was close to a week long and there are many positives about this property - host is very responsive, property was clean and has access to public transport, good W-Fi, kitchen has mostly everything needed for cooking etc. But I felt the bed was uncomfortable and the sofas were no better for sleeping. We probably wouldn't have noticed if our stay was only a couple of days long. Overall, I'd recommend for short stays for a couple of adults and a kid.

Great location and space!

Very happy with the location and overall experience. Clean, open floor plan with plenty of room. Large kitchen and living area. Walkable to trails and restaurants.

Getaway

We were called on our way down to be told we were being moved and upgraded due to ladybugs in our original unit. The new unit was downtown and was very nice. We’ve stayed in the one we booked before and were pleased. We were surprised by the call/change but pleased as well. We will continue to use Vrbo/club chalet as we’ve had great service each time!

Was great and priced good.

I would love to stay there again. Lady bugs everywhere was my only complaint. A washer and dryer stack would make a great addition. The conferance room view would have been a better view. Overall great experience. With a good discount i would stay at least once a month. Lol

Birthday getaway

Short visit for the parade and my birthday. Unit was a short walk to the strip in Gatlinburg so that was great! Unit was very clean and in great shape. There were quite a bit of ladybugs but that’s to be expected this time of year. The properties around this one don’t look the best so on the way to this place kind of had me worried until I saw Club Chalet and you could tell from the outside it was not like the others. It’s on the second floor so I got in some much needed exercise, lol. Check in was simple through a text and door code. Would visit this place again!!

Area around is still being developed but very close to trolley and downtown and trails. Walking distance to all. Will definately stay again! Thank you for a great experience

Wonderful stay

Property is perfect for two and right on the outskirts of town. Shuttle stop is right across the street and we used it all stay. Very reasonable price compared to nearby properties and hotels. Clean and cozy property.

It was definitely within walking distance to downtown. It’s uphill on the way back. The area around isn’t the nicest, but it wasn’t an issue. Did see a bear one day in the parking lot

Wonder Getaway

The rental was beautiful and clean. It was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg but it was also peaceful. Location was very nice and the manager was helpful when we had questions. We we definitely be coming back.

Convenient Location!

We wanted to stay in a nice, safe, but not overpriced place, with good access to the Smoky Mountains NP entrance. This place was perfect. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some meals for ourselves. (Bring every food item you need, though, even salt and pepper!) The hot water pump in the apartment works maybe a bit too well 🙃... the tap water comes out scalding hot if you're not careful. Location was conveniently right across from the free shuttle into Gatlinburg, and just a very short drive to the entrance to the national park. No major issues, overall. We were really pleased.

Cute little spot

Place was clean and great access to the strip! We walked the whole time and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. The trolley is right across the street if you want to use that which is a great option! Only downfall was the bed was hard but I would stay again!

Gatlinburg Getaway

This stay was great for 2 adults spending a few days in Gatlinburg. We loved the location - just a short walk downhill to the main street of Gatlinburg. Will have to stay when we come back!

Nice place for our family, we all enjoyed staying here! Being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg without trying to find parking was great!
