Guest booking must be over age 25, sign renter agreement provide drivers license copy within 24 hours, and submit a $200 security deposit. Fireplaces are for display purposes only (no heat). The listing does not have real fire. Individual items or decor in home are subject to change occasionally due to wear and tear, damages or removals. We do our best to make sure everything is in excellent working condition, but appliances have the ability to stop working without notice - this includes TVs, internet, arcades, hot tub/sauna, kitchen appliances, Grill, HVAC system, etc. If this occurs host is not able to provide refunds due to circumstantial issues that are not fully in the hosts control. Lastly, exterior driveway of property has blink security camera at parking area to ensure safety of guest and property.
