"Very clean room! Bring your eye masks because the blinds & curtains are see through. A little road noise can be heard but other than that the cleanliness and location made up for it."

"We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. Our problem was never handled . We were never given anything in return or any points for all our play. Our cards still don’t...

"The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!"

"We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean."

"Walking into the lobby to check in was 3 people listening to music so loud I couldn't hear the lady checking us in. There was a " criminal " element to the thugs that we're hanging out in the lobby that was a bit uncomfortable. We'll never stay there again.."

If you are interested in antique hunting, Buchanan is the place to go. The city commons where they have concerts on Thursday and Saturday nights is half a block away."

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."
