"The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service. The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!"

"We stayed for 9 nights. Staff recognized us and treated us well. The room was great! Very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was always super busy and the staff made sure to keep up. It’s in a great location and we walked everywhere except when we took the metro. Very convenient. "

"This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Edmonton because the staff is so warm and impeccably trained. My only real qualm is that the walls are paper-thin. But the quality of the service more than makes up for that."

"Excellent clean and quiet place to stay. Very reasonable rates although a little further from the mall but easy to get to on the yellowhead. Rooms were spotless and beds were to dream for. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Nice exercise room. A pool would have been an added bonus but we used the hotel mainly for sleeping. Would definitely stay there again. Well worth it. "

"It's in an industrial area so the views is 💩 but mostly this was a great hotel at a great price. Breakfast was above average. Room was beautiful albeit with a few design flaws (AC in the bedroom of suite but sensor in main room, weird wall mounted showerheads that you couldn't turn off, poor lighting near kitchenette sink, saggy hide-a-bed). Nice pool, hot tub and steam room but towels had run out. Hallways were sauna hot! "
