This exceptionally charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) in a new, modern building (featuring beautiful wood siding on the exterior).

The living and dining area, with access to the spacious balcony, features a wonderfully open layout that makes the space feel very airy. The comfortable couch pulls out to provide a separate sleeping area. A Samsung Smart TV with a modern picture-frame design—which displays paintings and works of art—further enhances the room’s aesthetic (it looks like a framed picture but is actually a TV).

The exceptionally large balcony offers you a spectacular view of the unique natural landscape and mountains (the Wetterstein Mountains, the Waxenstein, the Alpspitze…). Furthermore, the balcony almost feels like a rooftop terrace, as you have an unobstructed view of the sky above and can gaze at the stars at night—simply magical. The balcony also features very beautiful and cozy wooden lounge furniture, as well as a small table with chairs.

In addition, the apartment is equipped with a new kitchen (including a modern oven with an integrated steam function, an induction cooktop, a De’Longhi espresso machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, etc.)

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a second smart TV, which—just like the one in the living room—can also be used as a picture frame. There is also a desk. This makes the apartment an excellent retreat for working from home (high-speed fiber-optic internet up to 50 Mbit/s).
The blackout blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a new glass shower, a washing machine (including detergent), a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and more. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating.

On hot days, you can use the high-quality, powerful, yet quiet fan (Balmuda “TheGreenFan”).
