"Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. We requested front desk fix it and after a couple of attempts, they indicated the mechanic/repair man was not available. Unfortunate! Also, maintenance was being done on the pool and hot tub, so they were closed down. However, pinnacle allowed us to use the Delta pool amenities, which was a real plus."

"Very clean very well decorated cozy two bedroom, two bath unit with comfy beds. Great communication from host, easy check in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Big TV with lots of streaming and cable. Nice location near bus stop and good secure free parking. One thing to be aware of is floor heating system...easy to cool place down by opening windows...but takes a little time to figure out thermostats and no AC. Good value and good location. We enjoyed our trip."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. "There is no pool and hot tub on site. The owners are promoting a public swimming pool that’s 3km away. Fridge full of old food and the townhouse was not ready for check in at 3pm we had to wait until 530 due to a plumber working in the bathroom. This resulted in no shower for the 3 nights. They advertise two showers but there isn’t. Lastly the plumber entered the unit at 9am on the checkout day when checkout isn’t until 11. "Our stay in Whistler was short so we wound up not taking advantage of the amenities (pool, etc) but it seems like there are many. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs -- clean and a quick walk down the hill to the bike place where we rented bikes for our stay. We had to get out early but thought it was great that after check out, we were told we could keep our car parked on the property until 4pm and use all the facilities."

"We were very disappointed with the condition of the sofa bed. Underneath it was a buildup of garbage, hair, and dust, and the surface itself had visible food, hair, and dust on it. It was completely unusable, and we had 5 guests so it made the sleeping accommodations extremely uncomfortable. Also we weren’t allowed to use Fireplace or Laundry machine. Tried to reach out to host after our stay about the sofa bed but got no reply. Other than that the location was good."
