Welcome to Owl Hollow Retreat! Smack dab in the middle of the Ozarks, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with a large basement and STUNNING views is the perfect spot for a little R&R.

We are around the corner from the Lost Bridge area of Beaver Lake where there are Boat Ramps and a swimming area. Only 25 minutes from downtown Rogers, and just 45 minutes from historic Eureka Springs! Whatever your plans are during your time in NWA, Owl Hollow is the perfect place to call your home away from home!

Our home includes three bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin) and two full bathrooms. Our home also has a basement with a second living space and an office should you need to work while you're away. The sofa in the basement pulls out into a bed as well and a Queen Air Mattress is available.
(Please note 2nd "futon" listed is a queen air mattress).

Our home features a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living space with a smart TV and DVD player.

Our favorite part? Wait until you see the views from the screened in porch! Should you need to do some laundry during your stay, we also have a washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience.

We are available 24/7 by phone or text and live and work within a few miles of this home. Enjoy your own private slice of nature in this newly upgraded, clean, and comfortable home surrounded by nature.

"Pet Fee for each dog per stay, up to 3 dogs maximum, is $45.00 per dog (Only first dog is included in quoted price. Please call or message back, if you are bringing more than one.)"

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

If you need to be close to a specific location, not ALL DISTANCES SHOWN IN "NEARBY PLACES" MAY BE CORRECT and are generated by VRBO/GOOGLE MAPS! Please message us for confirmation or double check other navigation apps.

Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

Your reservation includes Waivo™ Damage Insurance Policy, which is now part of your property lease agreement. This damage insurance will show as a $40 "Administrative Fee" on your payment details.

Wonderful place!

The place was wonderful! It was clean and well stocked. It was just what we needed for attending a wedding nearby. The two back porches were perfect for sitting out and having coffee while enjoying nature. Thank you for providing a wonderful place.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at Little Mary. We loved that the house was secluded and away from close neighbors. The house was extremely clean and updated which is a big plus for me!! The area downstairs was so nice for our teenage girls to hang out in and watch their own TV. We also loved seeing the deer every evening. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy life.

Awesome secluded home and view.

We were lucky to be there last week during peak foliage. What a view! Enjoyed watching the deer. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and all top quality items. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, cookies and mints. Everything in this home is basically new. Owners were great too. Will definitely go back. Debbie K

Peaceful and relaxing

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. It was private, secluded, and relaxing. The boys didn't want to leave. The property was easy to get to, very clean, and very well maintained. The enclosed deck was my favorite, especially to sit at in the mornings, drink coffee, and watch the deer.
