As for the exteriors, the complex where the apartment is located features an impressive communal pool measuring 15 meters long and 9 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 1.5 meters and maximum of 2 meters, perfect for enjoying a refreshing swim. The private furnished balcony adds another touch of comfort and offers sea views.

The cosy apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. Inside, the bright living room is equipped with a Smart TV for guests' entertainment, while the dining area open to the living room provides a cosy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has the basic equipment to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The house also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower. Moreover, a sofa bed is offered in the living room for two additional guests. Finally, in the apartment you will also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment is located just a few meters from the sea in Gandia, which is a charming beach paradise of its own.
