Situated on the third floor, our apartment offers easy accessibility via elevator or stairs. As you step inside, you'll find yourself in the inviting kitchen and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. In the comfortable living room, you'll discover a Smart TV with access to over 80+ Channels, as well as Unlimited Fibre Broadband with lightning-fast 1000Mbps Speed.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a small sofa bed, suitable for one person. In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy double bed and a single bed, accompanied by an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom conveniently located along the hallway.



Rest assured that all the mattresses in the apartment are brand new, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep for all guests.



We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay. Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favorite tv services on our smart TV. Our high speed internet will also allow you to comfortably work from home should you need to.



Our guests are supplied with a starter kit of; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies inc. dishwasher tablets & laundry pods, toilet roll, shampoo & body wash.

We also supply hotel standard linens and towels for your stay. Should you require a linen change during your stay we can offer this service at an additional cost.

Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am. Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only.



A refundable security deposit of €400 will be collected offline prior to arrival.

Strictly no parties allowed, this is a family home and is best suited for families and friends who are looking to explore Galway.



Noise Sensitive Property - Quiet Hours between 11pm. This building is equipped with a non-recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 11pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbors about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.



Should we become aware of over occupancy, Guests will be charged for any extra person (s) per night. Please do not bring extra guests without notifying us. The home will only be set up for the number of guests on the booking.

Perfect Proximity to City

This is a lovely property that sits on the bus line to downtown. It overlooks the water and is literally next door to the grocery. The property owners could not be more helpful- seriously. Saturday evening I realized I locked out our family. Melissa and her son saved us by bringing by spare keys. They are kind, lovely people. I cannot recommend this property more highly.

Property is as advertised. Just north of City Center, very covenient to grocery, coffee shop and bus line. No A/C. Bedrooms and baths downstairs. Balcony with nice view.

Don’t be fooled by Penthouse

Since the property manager kept 120 of my deposit, I feel the need to vent. The builder is less than appealing. There was plastic trash outside of our front door during the entire stay. The home felt dirty. One of the downstairs toilets seats was broken. We had a family emergency and had to leave quickly, left the key inside of the apartment instead of the lockbox and was charged 120. The red carpet is filthy. Hot water was hit and miss- the pressure very low. Uncomfortable beds.

Construction work

The property itself was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. There was some construction taking place in the common hallways, although only construction material was visible.We were unable to get the main shower to work and did not get a reply from the property manager. This could have been due to the weekend check in.Otherwise, the property was a great spot to slow down and enjoy Ireland.

Galway Condo

This unit was very clean and the online presence was accurate. For 4 adults however, we found the space a little tight. The second bedroom, especially. The location was great as it was a short walk to Lidyl’s (grocery store). The coffee machine instructions are a different type of machine. Needs updating. Also there was only 1 coffee pod available for the next morning. I reached out and they got us some the next day. All in all, it was okay.

A Fantastic Place to Stay in Galway

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and were completely satisfied with this property. The four of us all agreed that the unit was very clean, comfortable, up to date, quiet, and well equipped. We found it to be in a fantastic location from which to explore Galway.: -We extensively used the public bus lines to and from Eyre Square that run by every 20 minutes well into the night. There are two different stops within a five-minute walk. At 3.80 Euro round trip it is much cheaper and quicker than Uber. We never had to move our car from our parking spot while in Galway. -The grocery store located across the parking lot was another plus. The property management of this property is to be commended for their excellent communication process before, during, and after our stay. This unit is a great place to stay!!

Sehr schön und komfortabel, sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Bädern fehlen lediglich ein paar Haken für nasse Handtücher und die Straße ist relativ laut, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft.

Amazing Galway stay

Amazing and clean apartment with beautiful views and balcony seating. Great washer/dryer. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Minutes from downtown. Host was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely place!

Totally enjoyed staying here! Easy location, nice facilities. Directions for coffee machine need to be updated and instructions for stove would be good to have, not being Irish we weren’t sure how to use 😂

Terrific Place with lots of room and amenities

I stayed here in April with my daughter, husband and mother-in-law. It was part of a southern tour of Ireland by our own design. It was perfect to relax, do some laundry, and explore the town and nearby attractions such as Cliffs of Moher. I highly recommend this condo!

This apt. is close to town with a beautiful view of bay. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay and is beautiful and quiet. Galway is a fun town and you will enjoy your stay here. The hosts are very respinsive if you need to reach out to them.

Wonderful stay in Galway!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. It was conveniently located, and we loved the views!! There was a problem with the clothes dryer, but the property manager offered to take care of it for us. We were also a little confused by the kitchen appliances since they were different from what we are used to in the US. These were small and did not negatively impact our stay. I would absolutely book here again in the future!
