All Decked Out- 5 Decks with Beach & Bay Views

"All Decked Out" is a spacious 2 and a half story open concept beachside home with 5 separate decks for incredible beach and bay views!

Our home has 4/5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, multiple open-air decks, a fully fenced yard with hammock and charcoal grill and a spacious kitchen and dining area ready for great times with your family & friends.

"All Decked Out" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in West End neighborhood, Playa San Luis, with ample driveway parking and is super close to the brand new ADA compliant beach walkover. The beach is closed to vehicles for added peace of mind.

Watch the sunset from the 3rd floor Eagle's Nest or the sunrise from the private master bedroom balcony. Let the kids run around the fully enclosed yard and downstairs area or the gated main deck. TVs with streaming options (Amazon Prime TV and Sling included) in each bedroom, living room and Eagle's Nest. Come relax!

Super easy check-in! Beds amazingly comfy and cozy. The kitchen is so well stocked … we were surprised! Anything you could need is there. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Our family of 13 had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the evenings on the main deck. Always a breeze!! We’re happy we chose All Decked Out and highly recommend.

Great Family Weekend, perfect location

Rented All Decked Out for a long weekend with our kids (2 1) and grandkids (3). Had a great time. The house was exactly like advertised. The access to the beach is really convenient, especially with the wagons available at the house. The beach is great and wasn’t crowded at all, easy to find a place convenient to the walkway. We went into Galveston and the beaches there were jam packed while we had plenty of elbow room!

The house was great! We really enjoyed our time there! The house had many accommodations and very clean. This property is very well maintained. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying at this property, especially with a family.

Great place for a family!

Great large family house

This was the second time we have stayed at this house. It is well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of seating throughout the first floor. The house is great for those with children! Close to the beach and the pool is a very short drive away. I love the area since it’s so far away from all the traffic and a very quiet neighborhood.

Nice large bedrooms, great decks, great seating/dining/living room furniture

We had a family group plus a few very quiet teenagers and they loved the decks. We easily connected our computers to the TV for slideshow night. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and there is a beach view from both the front deck and the kitchen table. Two beach wagons, about 5 beach chairs and plenty of children’s toys on the bottom level. The other mom in our group plans to rent again with her family if it’s not sold by then! Kitchen well stocked with basics.

Spring Break 2025

Communications with Crystle was fantastic replied to any questions very fast. Proximity to the beach was ideal for the kids just a short walk away. The home was very well stocked with all of the utensils to prepare a family meal. The home was very clean. TVs in each room made it great for that quiet time. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Late summer beach weekend

Six family members got together for a weekend at the beach. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities to make for a fun stay. The house is a two minute walk from the beach. Great house!

Great house for large families or multi families

This has been one of the best houses we have stayed at. The furniture felt like home and great quality. Plenty of places for people to sit around and the kitchen was large enough for many adults to work around. My kids are 7 plus years old but I loved seeing how much is available for families that have toddlers/babies. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool a very short drive.

This home had it all! Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We had teenagers stay up in the Eagles Nest so they had some privacy. Our one year old granddaughter had her on nook filled with toys and books that kept her busy. Plenty of bedrooms that the rest of us could get away to with TV’s in them. The living room had lots of seating. The kitchen was big enough for several to get in it and cook and had lots of cabinets and counters. We enjoyed all our meals on the decks that had multiple tables and chairs. We were so close to the beach and enjoyed hearing the waves crash. The owners made sure we had plenty of beach toys and wagons to pull a short distance to the beach. The neighborhood pool was large and just a short walk or ride by golf cart. Our sons had a blast fishing the bay and the beach. What a trip to remember!
