Oceanfront Escape: Top-Floor 2/2 Panoramic Views

  • Step into the true “Oceanfront Escape” and wake up to the rhythm of the waves, where the ocean is your front yard.



    Oceanfront Escape is one of the few condos at Seascape that sits truly beachfront and faces directly to the beach. It has spacious living and dining areas, perfect for families and small groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Located on the top floor, it offers an added sense of privacy, quiet, and uninterrupted relaxation.



    This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a direct ocean view. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Each room is equipped with its own smart TV, along with WiFi and cable for your convenience. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.



    The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, Keurig and regular coffee, cream and sugar are provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.



    Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.



    No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.



    THINGS TO KNOW



    * All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

    * Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

    * Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

    * This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

    * The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

    * Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

    * There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Wonderful, spacious condo overlooking the beach. Check-in was easy with no issues. The twin beds were nice and comfortable. The queen bedroom is quite spacious for the area. We will definitely book this condo again!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The view could not be any more beautiful or relaxing, and the size of the place was perfect for us and our 3 small kids. They LOVED the beach of course, and the pool area had surprise hot tubs and kiddie pool area! Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved this cozy little condo overlooking the beach! Everything was comfortable and we had just what we needed to feel at home. The hot tub was enjoyable and the kids loved the heated pool. Marge was very responsive to our needs!

Beautiful stay! Great host, clean condo with spectacular views. Condo is well equipped to cook or close by near restaurant. Walk to the beach and condo amenities are amazing too. Would stay here again!

Seascapes is an older property and shows signs of wear, but condo felt fresh, clean and airy. BUT... Balcony furnishings/utilization needs to be seriously reconsidered. Paid for a beautiful third floor ocean front condo and balcony was furnished with only 4 low profile, light-weight, plastic adirondack chairs. My husband is 6' 4, 280 lbs and we had to carry his CGI rocker from the condo to the beach and back every day so he could sit on the balcony, and it was quite a chore seeing as how the elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Sturdier, perhaps taller chairs (and maybe a table?) would go a long way in utilizing the main selling point of the unit. Otherwise we did like the accommodations, and the condo manager was very responsive.

Well maintained, very clean, and great view. All guests loved everything about this place. Only issue we had was getting in the pool and beach areas because the instructions didn’t explain that you had to press the * symbol before or after the code. Also the code wasn’t changed according to the month as stated. It was May but still using the April month.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely stunning.The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel just like home. The beds were super comfy too, making it easy to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

The listing is very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Loved the easy access to the beach. Fantastic location because of being in the middle of the Island with easy access to the East and far West ends.
