**SUNRISE BREEZE** 1BR/1BA SLEEPS 6

Gorgeous 1/1 with twin-sized bunk beds, a balcony that overlooks the water, and is a quick walk to the beach! This condo is beautifully furnished, immaculate and feels like home as soon as you enter. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare most any meal with a large granite peninsula that offers plenty of seating where you can share stories of your day. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests and a comfortable set of chairs. There is also a cabinet full of fun family games and playing cards! There are two tv's for some evening program enjoyment and two bedside reading lights for those who want to wind down with a good book. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and both tv's are equipped with streaming capabilities (must have subscription). Feel free to bring your Roku, Fire Stick, or gaming device. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. Your host will have a welcome cooler with goodies waiting for you on your arrival. Towels and sheets are provided. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Sunrise Breeze. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. There's free internet in the lobby and an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

The Owner has installed cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. Although we welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Sunrise Breeze memorable, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.

Enjoyed our stay here! Great view and our kids enjoyed the heated pool. Condo was nicely updated inside! There is construction going on around the property but it didn’t affect our stay.

There were "silver fish" in the kitchen, ants in the bathroom. Furniture on deck not as pictured. Elevators in desperate need of repair - never knowing if we were going to get stuck in it.

Good: Location is right across the beach. The pools are decent for families and the unit itself was nice, although outside patio furniture no longer matches the picture posted. Property also offers shopping cart to get items in which was nice. Downside: If you intend to cook pack ALL food items. Most rentals will at least have basics… no salt/pepper, coffee. No sponge for washing dishes and the can opener does not work. Cleanliness… there was a dirty paper towel under coffee table upon arrival. We also noticed clumps of pet hair throughout the place. Elevator on premises is SLOW…and I mean SLOW. Please note this unit is on the third floor. You will need to use it. Overall, we would likely choose to stay at Maravilla again but we would choose a different unit.

Everything was fine. We had one small issue where the shower curtain had fallen down because the tension rod was not tight enough, I guess. Called the rental company and someone was over to fix it in 15 minutes. Good customer service.! Everything else was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Chill Weekend

Our family of 4, 2 adults/2 kids, LOVED this place! The condo was adorable, decorated great, very clean, had games, comfy furniture, bed felt amazing, had spectacular views of water, morning sunsets on the good size patio it had great A/C, nights were quiet, couldn't ask for more. The community was outstanding too with many pool options, plenty of parking, elevators didn't take long, office staff was friendly and this place was close to everything. We'd love to stay here again. Management of this condo was great communication, loved having an app to use, they responded quickly with any questions we had prior to our visit and the treat they left us was SO kind and delish, as well as greatly appreciated after a long drive. Bravo! This is how you do it!

We had a great stay in May. This condo is perfect for two and view of the water is great! The photos are an exact match to the condo and it's condition. The outside of Maravilla is being renovated but does not impedes the view and there was no noise. Also upon arrival we had a soft cooler with snacks and city brochures. Plenty of linens as well as beach towels.
