Property was clean, rooms smaller than the pictures suggest but comfortable. Bunk beds wobbly for older kids. I believe there should have been a better stock of toilet paper and paper towels and towels in general. Although the washer and dryer helped. All in all it was a comfy stay for the week

The house is cute. They had beach toys and boogie boards. Had to put away dishes so couldn’t just run the dishwasher at check-out, but overall less chores to checkout than other places.

The house is beautiful and very well-kept. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor shower was convenient when coming back from the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It was perfect for my family and I. Nice and cozy and decorated to feel like a beach cottage. The kids loved the beach just down the street. It has a great porch as well for sipping coffee and enjoying the birds in the morning.

The house was perfect for us. So clean, stocked well with dishes, towels, sheets and blankets. Comfortable furniture with plenty of places to sleep. Close to the beach. We had a super time. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in this cottage. Everything neat, and clean. Well appointed, and everything worked. 1/2 mile walk to the beach Close to Strand, Moody Gardens and Seawolf Park. Perfect house for our vacation

This is a really nice cottage in an excellent neighborhood. We stayed for four nights but would have enjoyed staying longer. It's an easy walk to the beach, and just a few minute's drive from all Galveston has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is as-advertised, amply stocked for our stay. 1 residential block’s walk to the beach was perfect for us. Outdoor rinse platform was so handy & helpful. Much more space than nearby condos offer. Will look for this listing again!

Perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet beach stay. This house is walking distance to a nice, secluded beach on the west end of the island with about a 20 minute drive to popular destinations during peak time. Bedrooms are small, but the family spaces are ample.

The house was amazing!!! Great location and all the appliances worked well. It was well stocked so we didn't need anything. And quiet when we went to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was amazing! Was very satisfied with the house and our stay. Was a pleasant walk to the beach…just make sure to bring bug spray! Overall very happy with everything.

From the patio, the beach view is so pretty! Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were so nice after a day of beach! The kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook. The appliances are all in great working condition and clean as well. We are a family of five and it was the right size for sure. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer as well as a place to rinse off extra sand.

Very small quaint place. Was big enough for 2 people and maybe small kids. Had everything we needed except not enough plug ins in bedroom. Also did not have enough hot water for 2 consecutive showers. Was a very quiet neighborhood and half a block to beach which we walked. Overall was a nice, affordable place.

This house had everything we needed and it was so clean and comfortable. We were visiting our children and grandchildren and it was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and it was so close to the beach! Neighborhood was really quiet too!

I'm fairly mew to VRBO. When looking for a quick getaway before my kids go back to school, I found this cute home by the beach. The space was comfortable, and clean. The host had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and plenty of towels and extra linens. The bedrooms are small but being within walking distance to the beach made up for it. I realize many renters are trying to arrange check in and out times in a similar fashion to hotels but a 4pm check-in is very late. 10am checkout was doable but a little more time wouldn't hurt.

Walk to the beach, Dollar General just down the street, yet quiet and away from it all. Super Cold Air Conditioning and like the Tardis in the Dr. Who tv show it is somehow bigger inside than it looks from the outside! One small very minor issue was they were missing some supplies we expected e.g. no toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels.

It needs some updating. Bathroom door does not close. Living set looks a little dirty. Kid's comments: no cartoon channels. The elevation was a fluke and there was a dead June bug in a drawer. The proximity to the beach is amazing!!! Great neighborhood. Liquor store. pizza place and grosery store are near by. BRING BUG SPRAY!!!!!! Hard to tell where to park.

The property is cute. It mostly met our needs. We wish there’s a beach umbrella to use and some kids beach toys. There’s not much closet or drawers space to use but not a deal breaker. The sofas could use some steam cleaning though. The kitchen is very nice. Good space and lighting. The dishwasher needs to deep clean too. Over all it was a nice stay.
