Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view, subpar property

Pros- soaps, shampoos provided. View and private beach. Clean sheets and towels, plenty of space. Cons- carpets dirty, musty smell walking in, limited utensils and cookware. Trash from someone previously on floor and porch (broken sunglasses, tobacco trash and can). Living room fan doesn’t work. When I asked about the fan, I was told I should check the breaker box to see if there were shorted out wires ( I said we would not). Furniture is old, holy and broken. Master beds are very hard/ firm.

Family Vacation

The view from the house is beautiful. It is located very close to the beach. The house itself is beautiful. Other than that, I can't really say much good. I tried for over a week to cancel our booking & get a refund due to the hurricane. 3 people online & 2 people on the phone told me that yes, we would absolutely be getting a refund given the circumstances. (There was no electricity.) Then 1 day before we were supposed to leave I got an email saying we were not getting a refund and the case was closed. I had trouble getting anyone to respond. We ended up driving 13 hours so we wouldn't lose our money just to find the code for the keypad didn't work or the code for the lockbox (we couldn't get into that until the next day.) The internet was not working, (which I understand with a hurricane but it would have been nice to know that considering I needed to work from my laptop). The house was not clean. We had no kitchen washcloths or towels, no washcloths or handtowels in any of the bathrooms, only 1 roll of papertowels & 1 trash bag in the kitchen, the ice maker didn't work & when I pulled it out it was filthy!!! The kitchen was full of ants. There was black mold in several places on the ceiling, chandelier was filthy, basically I had to deep clean & disinfect the house before we could use it. We went to get dishes out of the cupboard & they were dirty so I had to run them all through the dishwasher before we could use them. When I wiped out the cupboard it was g

Check in was difficult

We couldn't get the lockbox openand it took hours for someone to respond with the correct code. We also had no upstairs air conditioning for 2 days of our stay. I was on the phone trying to get in contact with owner to send someone. The nights were uncomfortable to sleep those 2 nights. The location was great and the home was very spacious for our 11 people. Bring beach toys and chairs because non were available at this property

House was very clean and smelled nice. They had turned on the a/c and fans to make sure it was fresh. New carpet in the bedrooms and second floor stairs. The first floor stairs form the ground had older carpet and it was stained from people coming in from the beach and still wet, probably from the outside shower. Would be better if these stairs were tiled. Also the walls in the stairwells had marks from people hitting the walls with their stuff. Not sure how you could prevent this.

Gorgeous views

The house was amazing and the ability to relax was upper level. The views each morning were breath taking. We had extremely terrible issues with the local customer service company which the house was booked through. The washer broke on Wednesday and each day we were promised it would be fixed but never was… 3 days of a washer full of dirty water that would not empty and no way to wash clothes

Ideal location, but house needs total refresh!!!

This is a great location and close to the beach, and the house is a great house, but it's under poor management as appliances do not work, carpets are in need of cleaning, kitchen is poorly stocked - no pots, pans are old, crusty and dirty, everything is very old and worn. It is in desperate need of a total refresh in all areas. Sadly disappointed with this house that was once a great house.

Dishwasher & Hot Water

The dishwasher was inoperable and had been even before our stay. The kitchen sink hot water did not work so we had to boil water to wash all of our dishes. The property was a great lay-out and location, but the property owner needs to replace the dishwasher and fix the hot water issue. There were also no pot holders. The kitchen linens were not adequate probably because of the dishwasher issue. Otherwise, loved the property.

Easy access to beach and plenty of living and entertainment space. Some appliances (eg. dishwasher) needed to fixed or upgraded. Otherwise, nice rental and we would stay there again.

The Perfect Getaway

This truly is a charming, oceanfront home with amazing views! We had a wonderful time and the check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The house accommodates large groups and we especially liked that every bedroom had their own bathroom. Beach is only a few feet away and it makes trips to the beach so easy! Hosts and management are friendly and quick to reply to questions. We'll be coming back for sure! Highly recommned!

Nice house with good location, but not well maintained and cheaply stocked. Dishwasher was not working when we checked in and was never repaired or repair replaced with zero owner response to our multiple requests and a price adjustment. Furniture needs to be upgraded. Walls marked up and need painting with some ants in the kitchen. Some bedding had stains so not useable, some pillows didn’t have pillow cases and bath towels were cheap/thin. Allegedly stocked, but you need to bring your own soap, laundry detergent, washing liquid, etc. since what was provided was very limited. Disappointing.

Beautiful big home close to the beach

The Home is a beautiful big house that fit three families with kids. We wanted to relax and spend time at the beach and this house was great for that.
