Stating only facts: House was clean, got the door code and Wi-Fi info upon arrival. Fast communication. Very little to no check out instructions which was appreciated. The only thing that kept this from a 5 star was there was little to none cleaning supplies . A simple broom and dustpan would go a long way. Great location: within 2- 9 min drive from Everything bug was was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do.

This house was tore up. Outdoor furniture was a mess, inside couch was stained and smelled of urine, drawer in the kitchen was broken, holes in the walls everywhere, pillow cases on the veds smelled like sweat, they definitely didnt get washed before we got there. Host was there still "cleaning" when I arrived at 430pm when check in was at 4. They were completely unresponsive when I asked a question 10 days before check in, I had to get VRBO involved due to their lack of communication. No direction was sent for check in, wifi, nothing. You cant have room lights on and cook with the vent on, it trips the breaker, we had to reset them multiple times during our stay. No smoke detectors!!! They had 4 face towels for a 2 day stay for 7 people and nothing to wash dishes with... would never stay here again.

Stains on the sofa, smells worse than it looks.
Splatter of something all over the walls, couldn't put all the spots due to 8 picture max

Great

It is the cutest little house looking from the outside, but when you go in, there is so much space, smelled so good, clean, beds were comfy, great AC, so nice to go back to the house to cool off, and when we needed to make contact with the owner, answered right away! Highly recommend!

Cockroach, dishonest listing, poor communication

A dead cockroach was placed beneath the pillow of a bunk bed and not discovered til morning. Truly disgusting and unjustifiable. Despite the listing explicitly saying that there is a queen sofa bed, there is no such thing, just a normal couch. Host was extremely difficult to communicate with. Despite having already booked, he acts as if you are significantly burdening him by asking simple clarifying questions about booking info - which was necessary because the listing was incredibly vague in the first place. I highly recommend that the owner updates his listing to be clear about what is offered. His vernacular is dedicated entirely to obfuscation. You will need to ask the same simple question multiple times before finally getting a straight answer. We were not provided with check in information until nearly 7pm, 3 hours after the designated time, and only after I directly asked for it when it should be automatically provided at a certain point after booking and before arrival time. Despite its significant flaws, the overall property was close to the beach and a decently enjoyable stay if the glaring issues are ignored. This experience was highly professional and I am deeply disappointed. I will be pursuing a refund in whatever capacity is possible.
