"The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

"It is a great place to stay. The staff is always kind and ready to help. Room2 is well located, near to a metro station, and pretty close to nice places to lunch or dinner. The room was very comfortable. Definitely I'd repeat this awsome experience in London. At last, but not least, is their green consciousness vision they share with guests. "

"Everything was very good, clean, breakfast is fabulous... I can only say that it was a room with a large bed (comfortable) and an extra bed for two children, the extra bed was quite uncomfortable. "Muy decepcionante el desayuno. Una de las cosas que mas disfruto cuando viajo a Inglaterra es el desayuno ingles completo, aqui aparte de estar servido en una cocina era un desayuno continental , sin huevos ni salchicha ni beicon etc etc...Cuando le pedi un huevo frito contesto que NO porque la cocina era pequeña y oleria a frito y grasa. ( que excusa mas tonta). Le pedimos para el segundo dia que nos preparara huevos hervidos (por lo menos)y si tuvimos huevos hervidos.... El tercer dia NO...

"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.
The customer service is 10 out of 10.
The decoration of the whole hotel is new
Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
