An excellent spot for our annual friends getaway of 6 adults, 3 kids, and 3 dogs! The house was very clean and welcoming. We made use of the grill, hot tub, and owners club pools which were all great. We'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the property fit out needs. We appreciated prompt response to something that needed fixed. We found the pictures on-line of the property were not current- overall not that big of a deal, with exception of the game room which showed a shuffleboard type of table that was not there. We have provided the recommendation to the host to update the property pictures. Would recommend staying there, and would stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay as a little spring break getaway! Everything at the home was as described and in working order. The neighborhood was quiet but not a far drive into town. There were no issues with our reservation, booking or communication. Very easy!

The house is great, clean rooms, comfy beds, furniture is nice, the kitchen well appointed. The only issue was the hot tub cover is not properly installed so we could not open it fully. The area around the hot tub was full of leaves and dirt. We tried to sweep so as not to track the dirt into the hot tub. Only 2 of us could fit in at a time since the cover was only halfway opened. Other than that, everything else was great. Regards, Cathy Palmeri

Property was clean and air conditioning worked exceptional given it was 95 outside in July. Unfortunately no air hockey as advertised, replaced by a poker table, the coffee pot was worn and took 20 minutes to work. Not sure this can be helped but when we opened the porch umbrella about 6 bats flew out that gave the ladies quite a scare. Thankfully they didn't return for the 4 days we were there. Location is great and being up in the tree canopy was fun. Overall, a positive experience just a few minor niggles to make the experience better.
