Enjoy beautiful terrazzo floors, a retro bathroom, with accessible and free parking, a private and accessible side entrance (no stairs), full kitchen, full bathroom, queen memory foam mattress, fast Wi-Fi, large HDTV, and a covered screened deck - all within walking/biking distance (1.2 miles) of UF.
Our private midcentury modern guest house is located in the Black Acres neighborhood just 1.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin (football) and the O'Connell Center (basket ball, graduations, other events).
We are also conveniently located less than 2 miles from UF Health/Shands and HCA North Florida Hospitals.
Our space also has a fully private covered, screened in porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or work comfortably on your laptop.
Accessible Driveway parking is available as well as free street parking.
