"I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. "The casino portion is nice but the rooms are disgusting, outdated, to me of our outlets worked in both rooms we had, most lights in the room didn’t work. The first room we checked in to had food on the floor, cigarette butts on the balcony, looked like all they did was make the bed for the last 3 months. The pool on the 3rd floor had all kind of stuff floating in it so we didn’t swim at all. It’s disappointing because we used to like staying here but we will not be staying with the nugget again....

"My wife and daughter stayed at this hotel recently. They said the entire place smelled of mold and cheap perfume like they tried to cover the bad scent. They threw their stuff in the room and hit the beach. They didnt pay much attention to the room. The second night, my wife goes to take a shower and notices something behind the toilet.
