If you love hiking in the mountains, sitting around the fireplace in the most cozy setting, surrounded by silence and nature this is the place for you. The views from the chalet are stunning, overlooking two mountains - Bucegi and Piatra Craiului. The chalet is situated on an area of one hectare with no direct neighbors, to keep you away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded villages. The only noise you will hear is from the cows and sheep grazing quietly in the area. Away from the light pollution of the big cities, the setting is perfect for stargazing at night.
At the foot of the hill on which the cottage is situated, is a small farm where our aunt and uncle have lived remotely for over 90 years. You can visit them, they will welcome you with open arms.
From the chalet you can walk into the village (about 3km) or go to the river that crosses the valley. Other hiking trails are available upon demand.
Restaurants can be found in the village of Sirnea , in Bran area (8km by car), Poiana Brasov (most popular ski resort in Romania) or Brasov , most beautiful medieval city in Romania.
