"The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know. "We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. They suggested us where to go, helped us booked tickets and transport. There was also free transport to/from Yangshuo city center. "The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). "

"Everything was perfect. Great restaurant, great location, great rooms and facilities, breathtaking scenery and most important of all; the most helpful staff I have ever experienced. It was literally like being welcomed into a family. They helped us book stuff, and even sent my wallet to another hotel with the mail when I forgot it in my room. Probably the biggest recommendation I have ever written :)"

"This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo. "

"Beautifully appointed rooms with high windows, A/C, comfortable beds, and a fantastic English speaking host, Demi. We loved the “Western Breakfast” b/c after 2 weeks of continuous Chinese food we were really craving a break. Eggs, waffle, juice, coffee really hit the spot. I can also vouch for the Muesli over yogurt. The pizza is “different” but I still enjoyed. There is an enterprising coffee shop up the road serving espresso drinks with dogs and country western music. Take the hike to Moon...

"The property is beautiful, location is great to explore the river, away from the main town. You can get a bike from the property or they can arrange a tour for you. We are more of an independent travellers and therefore happy to cycle our way along the river. The staff is just wonderful. Everyone was so friendly particularly the lady at the reception. Thank you! "We are were a family of four.Overall the hotel, was really good because the staff’s service was top notch. The food there was tasty and it was good because it had less oil unlike other restaurants outside. The rooms are huge with a nice spacious living room and it has nice scenery with Guilin mountains."

"Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. "Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. "
