We had an awesome week in Fruita at the Black Bear IV. The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for travelers with pets. Our dog loved playing frisbee and lounging in the big backyard. Neighborhood is quiet and it's super easy to access all of the trail systems around Fruita. Highly recommend.

In town mountain home.

All that was promised...and more!

This home was in a very convenient location and had even more space than expected, so it was perfect for a family holiday get together. Being pet-friendly, with a fenced in back yard, made this a perfect choice that may become an annual tradition!

The property was very clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our time relaxing and reconnecting with family. The property was pet friendly and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved it!

Lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood of Fruita, Colorado; very close to Grand Junction. The house is clean and bright. There were only two of us staying, and we rented the whole house, although from notes in the check-in book, it appears that you could actually just rent some of the bedrooms and have part of the house locked off. We appreciate the spaciousness. Everything is well maintained and the staff is responsive and helpful. Did not realize how close we would be to places like Arches National Park. We went and explored there and also spent a day doing Colorado Grand Mesa National Forest, which is absolutely lovely and shouldn’t be missed. Great base of operations for touring that area of Colorado and nearby Utah. Some cute restaurants in downtown Fruita.

Exceptional home in a great part of the state

Spent part of our Spring Break in Fruita to take in the trails and activities. Excellent home with all of the amenities, and centrally located to the National Monument and multiple trail systems for mountain biking and hiking. Would definitely book again.

Wedding weekend

Came to town for a grandson’s wedding. Had a wonderful time and was able to host a rehearsal dinner. It was nice to have the space for guests in a relaxed environment. It will be a weekend our family will always remember.

Wonderful

Our local and out-of-town family of 6 (plus dog) came together over the Christmas holiday for a wonderful stay at Black Bear IV. The house was immaculate, roomy and well stocked with necessities. The location provided easy access to the numerous outdoor activities that the area is known for. Definitely a 5-star accommodation!

The house was amazing. Very clean and stocked well in the kitchen with utensils and dishes! The communication with the property management was amazing! I was very impressed. Our whole stay was wonderful. Thanks so much

A beautiful and spacious house/ home

We enjoyed staying at this clean rental house. It had all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A spacious living room and a nice kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing meals for our family was so convenient. The bedrooms were just right with comfortable beds. Another plus is the patio with furniture where we had our breakfast each morning. Yes will stay there again.

Great Home & Great Management

Great home with nice yard. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Tried to rent it again at Thanksgiving but it was already taken.
