Hot Tub Heaven #9, like our other eight properties, is located on Blue Mountain in Linden, Virginia and is open year round.

This Cabin is located in the "Quiet Area" of Blue Mountain. We ask that the neighbors on our mountain are respected and considered. This Cabin is best suited for families, couples and friends traveling for a quiet, relaxing getaway and those looking to explore our beautiful area.

Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley this cabin offers three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a King-size bed and, one bedroom with a Queen-size bed and two bedroom has a Full-size bed plus, two full bathrooms in the home. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a big screen TV, and turntable with classic vinyl records and on the deck are a grill for cookouts & a wonderful 6-person hot tub... Plus, dogs are welcome!

Hot Tub Heaven #9 is located only minutes from Shenandoah National Park, Sky Meadows State Park, and the start of Skyline Drive... This cabin is in the heart of Virginia Wine Country! Explore dozens of wineries all within 30 minutes of the cabin! Click here for a map of the local wineries.

You will also enjoy access to our community's Deer Lake (click here for a picture) - enjoy fishing and swimming right down the road from the cabin. Each season of the year has its own charm and attractions.... Canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, antiquing, golfing and fishing are all activities local to our area! Plus, the Appalachian Trail is just up the road from HTH #9 - just about a ten minute walk out the cabin door to the entrance of the AT! We look forward to accommodating you on a very special mountain getaway.

Now at Hot Tub Heaven we offer... Onsite Massage Therapy! Massage services offered... Therapist will travel to you - to your cabin! This is a real treat and would make a great surprise for a loved one!

A little overpriced

Overall the stay was nice but some things could've been better for the price we paid. The bathrooms were very clean, though! 1. definitely a lot of large ants and spiders all over the house. 2. the master room is heavy on the mold smell 3. the bathrooms need shelving or hooks to place toiletries or towels 4. the stairs/deck need to be redone, not sturdy 5. the bbq was really dirty 6. the beds weren't comfortable and really loud to the point where you can hear anyone move around in their beds from other rooms 7. the dining room table top is sticky as with kitchenware. 8. it would've been good to know ahead of time that the road to the house is not clearly marked as the road to the house is also really narrow, hilly, and all gravel. 9. the description of the rooms/beds on Vrbo and emails are not consistent.

Mountain seclusion!

Real nice house in a quiet mountain community. Everything was really clean when we checked in (which we had no problem doing) and the house had plenty of room for us to spread out. We did not use the hot tub but everything else worked on the property. The kitchen had the basics we needed to make a couple if meals. My daughter loved the record player and all the old vinyl. The driveway is pretty steep but not an issue for us. Close to front royal and winchester and just far enough from DC.

Family Get-Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious, the hot tub was relaxing and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We especially appreciated the pet friendly space. The mattresses were less supportive than we like, but otherwise we had a great experience.

We had a nice extended weekend at the cabin. Very pet and family friendly. Spent a lot of time chillin on the deck in the hot tub. Very relaxed. Back porch and steps need some TLC but not a reason to avoid a return. Beware of MAGA symbols in the hood!

Girls wine tour 2020

Beautiful quiet charming location! Plenty of space for 6 women. We enjoyed the hot tub every night! Great value! Short drive to wineries, beautiful views! We did have to clean up after animals got into the garbage under the deck but I believe locking cans could help. Would return again! Tom was prompt in returning messages and very courteous! It was a wonderful getaway!

Mice heaven

Easy to rent, communication was good/prompt and it was clean when we arrived. However, they have a mouse problem that needs to be taken care of ASAP. They had live traps that didn’t do anything. There was mouse poop all over the kitchen counters both mornings. Also the master bedroom smells like wet dog. The neighborhood is quiet but they definitely have neighbors flying the confederate flag proudly for those concerned about safety.

Awesome Cabin in the woods!

Loved this cabin. We had an awesome time here. Management was extremely responsive and helpful. For instance, the coffee maker wasn't working when we first arrived, I sent an email at midnight and we had a new coffee maker waiting by the front door by the time we woke up the next day. It was extremely relaxing vacation and I would highly recommend it. Would love to see it in the snow! We are coming again!

Fabulous Cabin in the Woods

From woodland critters to the cozy interior of this cabin - HTH made our stay one to remember. They were a phone call away and quick to respond to any and all questions. I'd recommend to anyone and would LOVE to go back in the Spring for Winery tours and hiking/horse back riding. Next time, I'd take my own towels, but other than that - FABULOUS Trip!!

I had my daughters reception there. Booking was easy. House was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, getting bride ready for Ceremony. Accomodated my daughter inlaws and grandchildren as my sons are deployed with the Army and couldn't be there. We had a great time!!! Many memorable moments made there.

We had a great stay! Tom and Deneane were responsive to questions and provided a binder with lots of information about the property including suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. The cabin was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. We also took advantage of the partnership with a local masseuse and she gave great massages. We loved the Fox Meadow Winery, which was only a five minute drive away. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the cabin!

Great DC getaway for the weekend

Three families w young kids had a great time. Loved that we could be in the mountains in under 2 hours from the city. The house had a nice hot tub, as advertised. We we're confused about the number of rooms, so to clarify, there are three bedrooms (one is quite small) plus a loft with another big bed. I would def recommend it for those who want to hike around, or go to vineyards.

Definitely recommend Hot Tub Haven Properties. They are well cared for, well stocked with the essentials (minus food and toiletries), the hot tub was a major plus and having a grill, we cooked out steaks, burgers, shrimp pockets - none of us went hungry plus it is a pet friendly place, being nearby at the Beagle Nationals. We switched to Hot Tub Haven #4 and a bear had been climbing the tree next to the deck, amazing scenery and nature. Deer on the slope beside the house, lots of birds of prey, these properties are very close to the River - beautiful scenery along the River also. Highly recommend, Tom does a great job with communicating with you also. ENJOY ! ! Don't hesitate

Great getaway!

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at hot tub heaven with friends and family!!! The property was really easy to get to from D.C., and not hard to find. We absolutely loved how we were in the middle of the woods and still so close to wineries, hikes, and apple orchards! Fox meadow winery was our favorite and it was 5 min away. The house was big and , the kitchen was stocked with spices and some ingredients we needed (a nice touch considering some houses don't have that), and the hot tub was perfect! One slight con was the amount of spiders inside, but being in the woods it was understandable. We are already talking about planning our next visit!
