Nestled between the countryside and the coast, this vacation rental is an ideal starting point for exploring the cliffs of Étretat, the port of Fécamp, the beaches of the Alabaster Coast, and the treasures of the Pays de Caux. A large, secluded mansion set in a former farmstead. First floor: - Entryway, - Large fully equipped kitchen with a large table seating 15 people: American-style refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine, - Living room with smart TV (access to streaming platforms using your login credentials), board games, and wooden games, - Separate half-bath with washer and dryer, - Wellness room with a spa and a direct view of the terrace at the back of the house and the meadow with the ponies. First floor: - 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), - 2 bedrooms for 2 people with beds that can be joined together (either 2 beds measuring 80x200 cm or 1 bed measuring 160x200 cm), - Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, 2nd floor: - 2 bedrooms for 2 people each with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), - “Children’s” bedroom for 3 people with a bunk bed and 1 single loft bed (3 beds measuring 90 x 200 cm), - Bathroom with a double walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet, - Bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Outside: - Private parking for 3 cars - Relaxation area with 2 hanging lounge chairs and outdoor seating, - Terrace with 2 large garden tables, - Second shaded area under a tree with a hanging lounge chair in the tree and log chairs. One pet is allowed, but please note that the property is not fenced in and the pony paddock is not secure for a pet. Accommodation for 2 horses is available on the property. If you have more than two horses, there is a horse boarding facility located 500 meters away (rates to be discussed with the owners). Access to other buildings is prohibited. The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility. There are 3 steps leading to the entrance.
