Property Description
Mountain Side J250 is a beautiful and very spacious 2 bedroom plus Loft, 2 bath in the heart of Frisco near the base of Mount Royal and Peak 1. Unit sleeps 6. Living room features gas fireplace, large flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Kids toy and games area in the upper hallway. Unit has a private, sunny deck that looks out to the mountains. Fully-equipped kitchen with lots of meal prep space. Kitchen bar seats 2. Dining table seats 6. Entry hall with boot bench. This amazing complex features a well-maintained clubhouse with indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, business center and patio seating. Volleyball, outdoor community grill and picnic area located in extensive grounds. Located in a quiet part of Frisco near hiking trails and the Summit County Rec Path.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, flatscreen, bath entry in upstairs master.
~ Twin Bunkbed, flatscreen, bath entry in 2nd main floor bedroom
~ Queen Murphy Bed in loft, shares the upstairs bath.
~ Queen Sofabed in main floor living room, shares the hall bath.

One assigned parking space #250 in the garage under the J building and one additional unassigned surface parking spot at the complex.

Amenities
Big, beautiful clubhouse with indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, 3 outdoor hot tubs, large patio, tennis court and indoor pickleball/raquetball court. Clubhouse has upstairs business center with desks, Wifi, exercise room and lounge area for those 18 and over. Coin-op/credit card washers and dryers also in clubhouse. Extensive, well maintained grounds with a stream running through it, volleyball court, outdoor community grill and picnic table.

Location
Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Keystone or Loveland, 25 Minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful and convenient location.

The condo was beautiful with lovely views of the mtns from the back deck! The king sized bed was so comfortable and the fan kept it so cool all nite! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and there were plenty of paper products etc. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs so much at the complex nearby. The proximity to the town of Frisco and the bike paths by Lake Dillon was great. We had fun riding along the paths and fishing at the lake and the nearby ponds up by Copper mountain. We would definitely come back here for a vacation!

We've stayed at a lot of the Mountainside units, and we really enjoyed this one because it was so up to date and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Everything was as described, and the location is perfectly situated between Main Street and the rec path / hiking trails. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend skiing Copper with family

This property was as described and pictured. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was great for downtown Frisco businesses and local ski resorts. Only issue that should be resolved is the ability to utilize the fireplace. Instructions were not good and it is not an intuitive process.

Colorado comfort

This was our fifth vacation in Frisco and Katie and Jon’s cozy condo did not disappoint. Expectations are always high for vacations because you save up money and scan so many properties. This one is a 5-minute walk to Main Street and a 10-minute drive time to Copper Mountain. But the reason I would rent again is the quality of what’s inside: great pillows, well-supplied kitchen and an excellent shower. The fireplace and patio grill, washer-dryer and underground parking, too. The thoughtful owners respond to every message within minutes, which made us feel welcome and helped us ease into vacation mode that much faster. Would definitely rent again.

Christmas in Frisco

The condo was clean with nice updated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Walking distance to the downtown. Gas grill was a plus. Very quite. Only issue was the kitchen was very small. Otherwise great place. Thanks

Quiet updated spacious Frisco condo

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this condo. It was quiet and clean and well appointed as before. We love the location backing to National Forest. I would just recommend that the sheets and towels not be washed in very fragrant detergent. Even after two washes the scent was strong. Just want to let others know just in case they have sensitivities so they can bring their own sheets.

We were looking for a place that would give us access to multiple ski resorts. This was an ideal location. The condo was clean and up to date. Everything was well kept and in good working and nicely furnished. We had an amazing stay at this condo and our family was very comfortable.

Great Place! Super clean & updated!

We loved our stay in Frisco! This place is amazing with no detail lost. Everything from nice towels to a Weber grilll, it met all of our families needs. The only negative for us was the distance from our building to the clubhouse where the hot tubs were. Would still highly recommend!

Bigger than expected

This is a great property, bigger than expected. A lot of places will report that they can sleep more than 4, but this condo was more than adequate and could easily sleep 8. The newer renovations and finishes are really nice. It was perfect for our skiing weekend. Easy access, easy parking and close to Main Street.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Side and would highly recommend it to others. It was updated and very clean. The condo had everything you needed to prepare a meal if you resided to eat it. It was very comfortable and fet very homey. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Frisco!
