This condo’s location in downtown Frisco, the heart of Summit County, is absolutely perfect — you’re just a one-block stroll from Main Street Frisco and three blocks from the shuttle to all of Summit County’s fantastic ski resorts! Your family and friends will be thrilled, and you’ll love the price, too!

Ten Mile Creek Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small or groups of up to four people. The living area welcomes you with a gas fireplace and a huge, cozy couch — it’s perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or catching a movie (or morning snow report) on the large flat-screen TV. Just outside, there’s a large patio area and table for hanging out as well. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to keep the group fueled-up from breakfast through dinner for all the day's activities, and a dining table that seats six.

The Ten Mile Creek complex also features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and shared laundry facilities. Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

It was perfect!

The location was outstanding! We were a short walk to shuttles for breckinridge and copper mountain resorts, and a short walk to main street too! Beds were comfortable too! We also appreciated walking just a few feet to the indoor hot tub that was actually HOT! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean; great location!

Property exceeded expectations! Cleanliness is always the first requirement~ this unit was spotless! Second goal is finding a warm, comfortable place to land after hard day on slopes~ this was both! This unit has a great layout - Three bedrooms with two full baths (and a sink/mirror inside the one bedroom) - made it easy to stay with a mixed group! There is a bedroom (Queen) with an en suite bath on one side of the common living space and the other two bedrooms on the other side in a little hall with a shared bath in between them. Kitchen was nicely stocked with any basics needed including good coffee maker, paper towels, dish soap and also pods for dishwasher! This unit was also literally about 4 steps from the indoor pool/hot tub! Location (walkable to Main Street for food after day on slopes) was also a big reason we stayed here. Check -in and out was easy; Great communication with owners. Would stay here again!

Decent place but needs some things fixed

The place was overall a nice place with a great location, easy to get to all the Summit County resorts. Well-furnished with cooking stuff but lacking salt and pepper. There were several humidifiers which were pluses, fans, and a warm gas fireplace. Unfortunately there were a couple issues: 1. The sink in the one bedroom had a leaking faucet at the faucet base which a repairman tried to fix the very next day, but in the process broke the shutoff valve, so we were unable to use that sink the rest of the week. 2. One of the bathrooms had a vent fan which made loud screeching noise in use. Again the repairman had come to fix it but the repair lasted only a few hours and was screeching again so again, we couldn’t use that the rest of the week. It really needs to be replaced, it didn’t even have its cover anymore. 3. This was the worst part, the queen bed in one bedroom was super uncomfortable because it sank in the middle with zero support (keep in mind my wife and I probably weigh only 250 pounds total combined, we’re both short so imagine how bad it will be for taller people.) We both would wake up through the night because of hip or back pain. I have let management know so hopefully they’ll have replace it. My one son also complained about the other queen bed in another room saying the mattress was lumpy so he ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the week☹️. Please keep in mind that management was very responsive to the issues and got a repairman out the next day.

Listed as condo with hot tub- it wasn't 😟

Overall, the condo was cute. Very clean, but not super modern. Smelled a little musty when we entered. Interior space was fine, nice family dining area, cute gas fireplace. Beds were adequate. My husband and I didn't get a lot of sleep as our bed dipped seriously to the middle. Sadly, when I checked online, I thought there was a hot tub which was open, as it said in the listing- inspite of COVID. After a few phone calls, we find out there was one that was a community pool/ hot tub & it was closed. Very disappointing. The location is great, the price was good, but I'd upgrade next time for a good night's sleep & our own hot tub

Handy location

Ten Mile Creek Condo 112 was close to everything in Frisco. It is obvious that the owners have given this Condo lots of loving care. The lay out was great and cooking items were available. I really liked the condo. However, working with Summit Mountain Rentals is painful. They do not operator like other VRBO. We never received a notification that the condo was ready. One page of the check out instructions was missing. I called to let them know that we had left. They called back to ask if we had keys. There was a door code. Why they didn't know this I don't know. They were helpful when we needed some lights changed. SMR seems very inefficient. I will try not to rent from an owner that uses them.
